Abstract

Madrasah is a formal educational institution that has an important role in educating the nation's life. The quality of madrasa education needs to be continuously improved so that madrasas can play an optimal role in educating the nation's life. One effort that can be made to improve the quality of madrasa education is to implement strong madrasa education management. The aim of this research is to determine a strong madrasa education management strategy to improve the quality of education at MTSN 2 Malang City. This study used qualitative research methods. Data collection techniques in this research were carried out using literature study and observation. The collected data is then analyzed in three stages, namely reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The research results show that strong madrasa education management is an important step in improving the quality of madrasa education. This step is carried out by implementing a good work ethic and performance, so that it can fulfill the mandate of Law no. 20 of 2003 concerning the National Education System. Apart from that, education management strategies can be implemented through implementing Allah SWT's command to print 'ulul albab' and Rasulullah SAW's command "thalabul ilmi faidhatun ala kullu muslimin wal muslimat." Thus, education or tarbiyah is directed at producing good student graduates, who are based on morals and have the main benchmarks, namely the Koran and hadith, not just ethics and morals.

Abstract

A godly child is one who devotes himself to one's parents and an ungodly son is a disobedient child to one's parents. Parental guidance and direction until it becomes successful if it is done well. So it is important for parents and schools to know the importance of children's education management. The research method used is qualitative with a descriptive type. The results show that 1) The education of children at SMPN cannot be separated from the education of parents. Where schools become a second home for children to learn, but the main role of parents is important. Many children or students have good morals and religious or other achievements caused by parents, especially maternal education, so it is not surprising if in the hadith the mother is mentioned 3x and then the father. 2) Management of children's education carried out by parents, especially mothers, there are three things including: learning management which includes learning at school, home or tutoring, religious activity management includes the practice of religious activities carried out daily to strengthen the theory obtained, play management where it is important for children to learn socially and learn related to the environment so that children should not be prohibited from playing outside as long as they remain under supervision either remotely or closely.
