Abstract

Indonesia, as an archipelago, has different regional characteristics, so the problem of regional inequality cannot be avoided. The central government authorizes local governments to develop the potential of the region so that each region is required to be able to independently improve its economy. Gorontalo province, as a province of expansion in 2000, is in a strategic location that has great potential in the agricultural sector, as well as in mariculture an agriculture. The research objective is to determine the condition of economic inequality in Gorontalo province and the leading sectors in each district/city of Gorontalo province. Using time series data from 2017-2022, inequality is analyzed using the Williamson Index (IW), and to determine leading sectors, location quotient (LQ) analysis is used. The results show that the level of inequality in Gorontalo province is close to zero, which means that the condition of the level of income and welfare of the population is evenly distributed because the majority of population employment is still dominated by the agriculture, sector, which is the leading sector in Gorontalo, Boalemo, and North Gorontalo districts, and the trade sector, which is the leading sector in Boalemo and Bonebolango districts

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is an influence of the Family Hope Program (PKH) and Direct Cash Assistance (BLT) on the poverty level of the community in Poowo Barat Village, Kabila District, Bone Bolango Regency. This research uses a descriptive quantitative approach. The sample size is 63 respondents, namely recipients of the Family Hope Program and recipients of Direct Cash Assistance. Data collection techniques were obtained from observations and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that simultaneously, the Family Hope Program (PKH) and Direct Cash Assistance (BLT) variables have a significant effect on the poverty level of the community in Poowo Barat Village, Kabila District, Bone Bolango Regency. From the results of data analysis in the table above, the R value is 0.520 and R Square is 0.271. This means that the regression model obtained can explain that the Family Hope Program (X1) and Direct Cash Assistance (X2) variables can influence the poverty level of the community in Poowo Barat Village, Kabila District, Bone Bolango Regency by 27.1%. While the remainder is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether there was an influence of OSIS on student learning outcomes. This study used a descriptive quantitative approach with a sample size of 35 people. The instrument used was a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used was simple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the data analysis, it is known that there is a significant influence of 51.2% of the variability regarding the variable of Student Learning Outcomes in the Economics Subject of class XI at SMA Negeri 1 Bonepantai which can be explained by the OSIS Activity variable, while the remaining 48.8% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Undergraduate Thesis, Bachelor’s Degree Program In Economocis, Department Of Economics Education, Universitas Negeri Gorontalo. The principal supervisor is Dr. Radia Hafid, S.Pd., M.Si, anda the co-supervisor is Risca Marsanti Halid, S.Pd., M.Pd. The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of innovation and creativity on consumen satiffaction at Berber Shop (Lidya) in Gorontalo City. This is a quantitative research using Ecpost Faktor research method. The primart data used were obtained by distributing questionnaires to consumers of Barber Shop Lidya Gorontalo City. The sample consists of 93 consumers of Barber Shop Lidya Gorontalo City. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression with the help of the SPSS program. The results showed that simultaneously, the variables of Innovation and Creativity signicantly affected customer satisfaction with a significance value of 0,000. Partial test results showed that the variables of Innovation and Creativity contributes a positive effect on customer satisfaction. The coefficient determination of R Square was 0,624 or 62,4%, which means that the two independent variables

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of program image, career prospects, and accreditation on students' decisions to choose the Economics Education Program in the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Negeri Gorontalo.A quantitative approach was used in this study. Primary data were collected through questionnaires distributed to the 2024 cohort of Economics Education students, with a total sample of 66 respondents. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression with IBM SPSS Statistics version 21.0. Based on the analysis and discussion, the factor significantly influencing Economics Education students in choosing the program is the program image. The partial statistical test (t-test) for the program image variable (X1) yielded a t-count t-table of 2,549 1,998, with a significance level of 0,013 (0.05), indicating that the hypothesis stating "there is an influence of program image on students' decision to choose the program" is confirmed. The career prospects variable (X2) yielded a t-count t-table of 6,003 1,998 with a significance level of 0,000 ( 0.05), thus the hypothesis stating "there is an influence of career prospects on students' decision to choose the program" is confirmed. Likewise, the accreditation variable (X3) yielded a t-count t-table of 5,187 1,998 and a significance level of 0,000 (0.05), thus the hypothesis stating "there is an influence of accreditation on students' decision to choose the program" is confirmed.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of modern office administration in improving operational efficiency and organizational service quality using a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach. This study fills a research gap by integrating five dimensions of modern administration into a single integrated conceptual framework. The review focuses on five main aspects: standardization of administrative procedures, digitalization and e-office implementation, electronic records management, human resource competencies, and their impact on organizational performance. The literature selection process covered publications from 2015 to 2025 across several scientific databases, resulting in 18 eligible articles out of 120 initially identified studies. The findings indicate that procedural standardization serves as the foundation for ensuring consistency and accountability, while digital systems such as e-office, ERMS, and EDMS enhance workflow speed and document accuracy. Electronic records management facilitates faster information retrieval and supports quality management systems. Furthermore, human resource competency is a key determinant of successful modern administrative implementation in improving operational efficiency and service quality.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Model Pembelajaran Discovery Learning Terhadap Minat Belajar Siswa Pada Mata Pelajaran Ekonomi Kelas XI  Di SMA Negeri 2 Gorontalo. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Kuantitatif dengan metode Kuantitatif Deskriptif. Data primer diperoleh melalui penyebaran angket kepada 40 responden yang dipilih dengan menggunakan teknik simple random sampling dari populasi sebanyak 411 siswa kelas XI di SMA Negeri 2 Gorontalo. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi: Observasi, Wawancara, Angket dan Dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu: Analisis Regresi Liniear Sederhana, Uji Normalitas, Uji t, Uji Korelasi dan Uji Koefisien Determinasi dengan menggunakan bantuan Program SPSS 21,0.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat Pengaruh Positif (5,996 2,021) dan Signifikan (0,000 0,05) Model Pembelajaran Discovery Learning Terhadap Minat Belajar Siswa Pada Mata Pelajaran Ekonomi Kelas  Di SMA Negeri 2 Gorontalo. Hal ini didukung dengan nilai probabilitas Koefisien Determinasi (R Square) sebesar 0,486 atau sebesar 48,6% variabilitas Minat Belajar Siswa kelas XI pada mata pelajaran ekonomi dapat dijelaskan atau dipengaruhi oleh variabel Model Pembelajaran Discovery Learning yang digunakan oleh guru. Dengan demikian, semakin baik penggunaan Model Pembelajaran Discovery Learning oleh guru pada kegiatan pembelajaran di sekolah, maka semakin baik Minat Belajar Siswa kelas XI pada mata pelajaran ekonomi. Oleh karena itu, penting bagi guru untuk terus meningkatkan kompetensi dalam merancang dan menerapkan model pembelajaran Discovery Learning secara efektif dalam proses pembelajaran, sehingga mampu memberikan kontribusi pada minat belajar siswa didalam kelas.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah meningkatkan aktifitas dan hasil belajar siswa kelas XI B SMA negeri 1 Suwawa melalui penerapan model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning dalam pelajaran ekonomi. Metode penelitin ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilaksanakan sebanyak 2 siklus dengan jumlah siswa 30 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan lembar observasi, tes untuk mengukur hasil belajar siswa, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning dapat meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar siswa. Aktivitas belajar siswa siklus I menunjukan kategori “cukup aktif” dan siklus II menunjukan kategori “aktif”. Persentase ketuntasan belajar siswa Siklus I Sebesar 53,3% dan Siklus II Mencapai 90%, Meningkat Sebesar 36,7%.
