Abstract

Abstract:The covid-19 pandemic is an epidemic that has spread throughout the country, and has generally spread to everyone. Since face-to-face learning has been stopped, online learning has occurred because the covid-19 pandemic has spread to all fields of education, economy, and affected all. The school uses online learning by using google form and zoom to collect assignments and online learning. This research was conducted which aims to examine learning management in the classroom because to teach students by providing optimal learning conditions that can be achieved if the teacher is able to control students in a pleasant situation towards the surrounding environment. This type of research uses descriptive qualitative research. The source of the data is done by collecting data in the form of observation, and interviews. The research method used is data collection, data condensation, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. In this study using creadibility to test the validity of the data using source triangulation. The results showed that classroom management after the pandemic period was by organizing classrooms, managing classroom learning, and managing the interaction of the teaching and learning process. Teachers at State Senior High School 10 Pontianak create learning in the classroom by creating conducive learning situations, creating varied learning models, instilling and modeling attitudes, ethics, and discipline for students, creating learning media in the classroom, and instructing to clean the classroom and the environment at school. Based on the results of the conclusions contained in this SMA Negeri 10 Pontianak school, namely by creating a neat and clean learning atmosphere in the classroom, organizing the classroom, and managing the interaction of teaching and learning process activities.Keywords: Classroom management, post pandemic learning, SMAN 10Abstrak Masa pandemi covid-19 adalah sebuah epidemi yang menyebar ke seluruh negara, dan umumnya telah menyebar ke semua orang. Sejak pembelajaran tatap muka diberhentikan maka terjadi pembelajaran secara daring dikarenakan pandemi covid-19 telah menyebar semua ke dalam bidang pendidikan, ekonomi, dan berimbas semua. Sekolah menggunakan pembelajaran daring dengan menggunakan google form dan zoom untuk mengumpulkan tugas dan pembelajaran secara daring. Penelitian ini dilakukan yang bertujuan untuk meneliti manajemen pembelajaran di kelas dikarenakan untuk membelajarkan siswa dengan menyediakan kondisi belajar yang optimal yang dapat dicapai jika guru mampu mengendalikan siswa dalam situasi yang menyenangkan terhadap lingkungan sekitar. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Sumber datadata yang dilakukan dengan mengumpulkan data berupa observasi, dan wawancara. Metode penelitian yang diguanakan yaitu dengan pengumpulan data, kondensasi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan creadibility untuk menguji keabsahan data dengan menggunakan triangulasi sumber. Hasil penelitian menujukkan bahwa manajemen kelas pasca masa pandemi yaitu dengan mengatur ruang kelas, mengelola pembelajaran di kelas, dan mengelola interaksi proses kegiatan belajar mengajar. Guru-guru di SMA Negeri 10 Pontianak menciptakan pembelajaran di kelas yaitu dengan menciptakan situasi pembelajaran kondusif, membuat model pembelajaran yang bervariasi, menanamkan dan mencontohkan sikap, etika, dan disiplin bagi siswa, menciptakan media pembelajaran yang ada di kelas, dan menginstruksikan untuk membersihkan kelas dan lingkungan di sekolah. Berdasarkan hasil kesimpulan yang terdapat di sekolah SMA Negeri 10 Pontianak ini yaitu dengan mencipatakan suasana pembelajaran di kelas dengan rapi dan bersih, mengatur ruangan kelas, dan mengelola interaksi kegiatan proses belajar mengajar.Kata kunci: Manajemen Kelas, Pembelajaran pasca masa pandemi, SMAN 10

Abstract

This research aims to describe students' mistakes in solving linear programming problems for class XI IPA 3 students at SMA Negeri 10 Pontianak. The data instrument is in the form of a test. The test is carried out as a result of student work in the form of a linear program essay. Interviews to observe students' level of difficulty in linear programming questions. Linear programming students in the field of mathematics study class The percentage of errors in KD 4 questions making the HP area and completion point was 25.46% with an average of linear programming material in KD 1, KD 2, KD 3, and KD 4 of 23.40% in the Low category. This type of error falls into the most dominant category, namely errors in understanding the questions
