Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keaktifan siswa kelas III SD Negeri 1 Giriwangi. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang dilaksanakan dalam 2 siklus. Tiap siklus terdiri dari 4 tahap yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi dan refleksi. Data dikumpulkan dengan teknik observasi untuk mendapatkan data keaktifan siswa. Pembelajaran dengan penerapan model Problem Based Learning (PBL) dapat meningkatkan keaktifan siswa, terjadi perubahan yang positif pada sikapnya selama mengikuti proses pembelajaran  dengan  model  Problem  Based  Learning  (PBL).Pada  siklus  I  memperoleh 43%,sedangkan pada siklus II memperoleh 100%, Jadi ada peningkatan sebesar 57%.   Application of the problem based learning model to improve student learning activity. The purpose of this study is to increase the activity of third grade students of SD Negeri 1 Giriwangi. This type of research is Classroom Action Research (CAR) which is carried out in 2 cycles. Each cycle consists of 4 stages, namely planning, implementing actions, observing and reflecting. Data was collected by using observation techniques to get data on student activity. Learning with the application of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model can increase student activity, there is a positive change in his attitude during the learning process using the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model. In the first cycle it gets 43%, while in the second cycle it gets 100%, so there was an increase of 57%.
