Abstract

Abstract: The problems in this study relate to the learning model of Project Based Learning and students creative thinking ability in mathematics. The purpose of the research to know the influence of the model of Project Based Learning on the ability to think creatively mathematics students VIII grade even semester SMP Negeri 3 Bandar Lampung lesson 2016/2017 . The research used experimental method with the population that is all students of class VIII with the amount of 347, while the sample is taken 2 class that is class VIII A as experiment class which amounted to 31, class VIII C as control class which amounted 30. The sample was taken using Cluster Random Sampling technique. To know the ability of creative thinking mathematics students authors perform tests in the form of essays as many as 5 questions that have been tested the validity and reliability. Hypothesis testing in this study using t test. From the results of hypothesis testing using t-test obtained t value = 14.27. From the distribution table t at the significant level of 5% is known t = 2.00 means t> t, so it can be concluded "There is Influence of Model Based Project Based on the Ability of Creative Thinking Mathematics Students".Keywords: Project Based Learning, creative thinking ability of mathematics

Abstract

This study aims to improve the communication skills of mathematical class VII-B SMP Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta through 9 describe the implementation of problem-posingdan learning mathematics through problem posing approach to class VII-B Junior High School 9 of Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta.This research is Classroom Action Research (CAR). The subjects were students of class VII-B grade students of Junior High School 9 of Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta, with as many as 20 students. The experiment was conducted in two cycles. Data were obtained from the observation of the implementation of learning, observation learning approach, test questions, field notes, interviews with students and teachers, as well as documentation.The results showed that learning mathematics through problem posing approach can improve students' communication skills and mathematical achievement KKM class VII-B Junior High School 9 of Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta. The results where the average score communication skills class VII-B that is equal to 76.00 or by classical completeness percentage of 85.71%. This means that the action in the second cycle was up to standard classical completeness. In the second cycle also shows that the achievement of KKM are the criteria quite well with an average of 77.25. It is also supported by the results of interviews conducted to some students and teachers in class VII-B Junior High School 9 of Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta shows that learning mathematics through problem posing approach favored by students and can enhance students' mathematical communication skills.

Abstract

Permasalahan yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini adalah kurang maksimalnya hasil belajar matematika siswa kelas VII SMPPerintis 2 Bandar Lampung yang disebabkan oleh pembelajaran matematika kurang memenuhi kebutuhan belajar matematika siswa. Dalam proses pembelajaran kondisi yang diharapkan yaitu hasil belajar yang baik, guru harus dapat menciptakan suasana yang dapatmerangsang siswa sehingga siswa senang dan aktif mengikuti proses pembelajaran. Dengan demikian tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalahuntuk menganalisis pengengaruh strategi pembelajaran active sharing knowledge yang dikombinasikan dengan true or false terhadap hasilbelajar matematika siswa kelas VII semester ganjil SMP Perintis 2 Bandar Lampung Tahun Pelajaran 2014/2015. Metode yang digunakandalam penelitian ini adalah metode eksperimen yaitu membuat suatu keadaan dengan melaksanakan pembelajaran menggunakan strategipembelajaran active sharing knowledge yang dikombinasikan dengan true or false. Adapun populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswakelas VII semester ganjil SMP Perintis 2 Bandar Lampung yang berjumlah 185 siswa yang tersebar dalam 4 kelas, sedangkan sampelyang digunakan adalah siswa kelas VII C sebagai kelas eksperimen yang berjumlah 47 siswa dan kelas VII D sebagai kelas kontrol yangberjumlah 46 siswa. Untuk menentukan sampel tersebut penulis menggunakan teknik cluster random sampling. Dari hasil pengujianhipotesis menggunakan rumus statistik t-tes diperoleh nilai t hit = 3,65.Dari tabel distribusi t pada tarif signifikan 5% diketahui t( α) = 1,99, sedangkan taraf signifikan 1% diketahui t( α) = 2,64. Ini bararti thit >tdaf . Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa “Ada pengaruh strategi pembelajaran active sharing knowledge yang dikombinasikan dengan true or false terhadap hasil belajar matematika siswa.

Abstract

Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini yang berhubungan dengan model pembelajaran group to group exchange dan kemampuanpemecahan masalah matematika siswa. Oleh karena itu, tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran group to group exchange terhadap kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis siswa kelas XI IPA Semester Genap SMA Negeri 2 Menggala Tahun Pelajaran 2015/2016. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu seluruh siswa kelas XI IPA SMA Negeri 2 Menggala yang terdiri dari 2 kelas dengan jumlah 44 siswa, sedangkan sampel diambil 2 kelas yaitu kelas XI IPA 1 sebagai kelas eksperimen yang berjumlah 23, dan kelas XI IPA 2 sebagai kelas control yang berjumlah 21. Sampel tersebut diambil menggunakan teknik total sampling. Untuk mengetahui kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematika siswa penulis melakukan tes dalam bentuk essai sebanyak 5 soal yang terlebih dahulu telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Pengujian hipotesis pada penelitian ini menggunakan rumus t-hit. Dari hasil pengujian hipotesismenggunakan rumus statistik t-hit diperoleh nilai t hit = 3,52. Dari tabel distribusi t pada taraf signifikan 5 % diketahui t daf = ( ) =2,02 artinya t hit > t daf yaitu 3,52 > 2,02, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa “Ada pengaruh model pembelajaran Group to Group Exchangeterhadap kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematika siswa kelas XI IPA semester genap SMA Negeri 2 Menggala tahun pelajaran2015/2016”. Keadaan ini juga terlihat dari nilai rata-rata kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematika siswa dimana kelas eksperimen mempunyai nilai rata-rata 82,22 dan kelas kontrol mempunyai nilai rata-rata 69,79.

Abstract

The problem investigated in this study related to the ability of mathematics communication of the Seventh grade students at SMP Negeri 1 PadangCermin which is not optimal, therefore, the objective of this study is to investigate the influence of ARIAS (Assurance, Relevance, Interest,Assessment, Satisfaction) learning model in setting cooperative towards the the ability of mathematics communication. This study used experimental research. The population of this study was the students of the Seventh grade students at SMP Negeri 1 Padang Cermin. The sampe was taken from two classes, VII A as an experimental class and VII B as a control class, which consist of 30 students. The technique used to analyze the data was t-test. The research instruments used in this research was eassay test. From the calculation, it is obtained that thit = 7,72 from the distribution table of 5% daf t= 2,00, it is proven that thit > tdaf so it can be concluded that there is the influence of ARIAS (Assurance, Relevance, Interest, Assessment, Satisfaction) learning model in setting cooperative towards the the ability of mathematics communication at the students of the Seventh grade students at SMP Negeri 1 Padang Cermin 2015/2016.
