<![CDATA[ABSTRAKBanyak anak usia prasekolah yang masih sering mengompol pada malam hari (enuresis nocturnal) bahkan terjadi pada anak yang sudah masuk usia sekolah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan pola asuh ibu dengan enuresis nocturnal pada anak prasekolah usia 4-5 tahun.           Desain penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah cross sectional yaitu menghubungkan dua variabel dengan menggunakan tehnik purposive sampling. Populasi adalah seluruh 57 ibu dari anak prasekolah usia 4-5 tahun, sampel penelitian adalah 54 ibu dari anak prasekolah usia 4-5 tahun yang bersedia untuk diteliti.           Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa responden dengan pola asuh kurang sebanyak 30 orang (56%) dan anak yang mengalami enuresis nocturnal sebanyak 38 orang (70%). Dengan uji statistik spearman rho, hasilnya α value = 0,000 < 0,05, r = 0,779 artinya ada hubungan positif kuat antara pola asuh ibu dengan enuresis nocturnal yaitu semakin kurang pola asuh ibu maka terjadi enuresis nocturnal.Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa sebagian besar responden memiliki pola asuh dengan kriteria kurang dan sebagian besar mengalami enuresis nocturnal. Maka dari itu perlu adanya peningkatan oleh petugas kesehatan dalam pemberian penyuluhan serta informasi kepada ibu dari anak prasekolah tentang pola asuh yang baik.Kata Kunci : Pola Asuh, Ibu, Enuresis Nocturnal, Anak PrasekolahABSTRACTMany of pre-school children who still often wet the bed at night (enuresis nocturnal) even to the children at school age. The purpose of this research is to identify correlation between motherâs care patterns with enuresis nocturnal to the pre-school children at the age of 4-5 years old.            Research design was cross sectional by connecting two variables with purposive sampling technique. Populations were all 57 mothers of pre-school children at the age of 4-5 years old. Research samples were 54 mothers of pre-school children at the age of 4-5 years old that were willing to be observed.           From research result showed that 30 respondents (56%) had low care pattern and 38 children (70%) experienced enuresis nocturnal with Spearman Rho statistical test of α value = 0,000 < 0,05, r = 0,779. It meant that there was strong positive correlation between motherâs care patterns with enuresis nocturnal namely the lower motherâs care pattern would cause enuresis nocturnal.From research result, it can be concluded that most of respondents have low criteria of care patterns and most of them experience enuresis nocturnal.
