<![CDATA[ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan:1) Untuk mengetahui da nmenganalisis pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan terhadap Kinerja Perawat Rumah Sakit Islam Faisal Makassar 2) Untuk mengetahui da menganalisis pengaruh Disiplin terhadap Kinerja Perawat Rumah Sakit Islam Faisal Makassar ; 3) Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh Motivasi terhadap Kinerja Perawat Rumah Sakit Islam Faisal Makassar ; 4) Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan, Disiplin dan Motivasi terhadap Kinerja Perawat Rumah Sakit Islam Faisal Makassar Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Rumah Sakit Islam Faisal Makassar dengan jumlah pegawai sebanyak 152 orang perawat .Teknik penentuan jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini berdasarkan rumus slovin sehingga diperoleh sampel sebanyak 61 orang perawat .Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakanan alisisregresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa:1) Gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja Perawat Rumah Sakit Islam Faisal Makassar 2) Disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja Perawat Rumah Sakit Islam Faisal Makassar 3) Motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja Perawat Rumah Sakit Islam Faisal Makassar . 4) Gaya Kepemimpinan, Disiplin dan Motivasi secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja Perawat Rumah Sakit Islam Faisal MakassarKata Kunci :Gaya Kepemimpinan, Disiplin,Motivasi, Kinerja Perawat ABSTRACT research aims: 1) To determine and analyze the effect of leadership style on employee performance at the District hospital islam faisal ; 2) To determine and analyze the effect of Discipline on employee performance at the District hospital islam faisal ; 3) To know and analyze the influence of motivation on employee performance at the District hospital islam faisal ; 4) To know and analyze the Influence Style Leadership, Discipline and Motivation on Employee Performance at the District . hospital islam faisal This research was conducted at the hospital islam faisal Makassar with the number of employees as many as 152 employees. A technique of determining the number of samples in this study is based on a formula slovin thus obtained a sample of 61 employees. Analysis of the data in this study using multiple linear regression analysis.
