Pelaksanaan Pembagian Tugas terhadap Efektivas Kerja Pegawai ( Studi Penelitian Pada Kantor Pengadilan Negeri Tanjung Redeb Kelas II B Kabupaten Berau )Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah pembagian tugas berpengaruh terhadap efektivitas kerja pegawai. Untuk mendapatkan data yang diperlukan penulis mengadakan penelitian Pada Kantor Pengadilan Negeri Tanjung Redeb Kelas II B Kabupaten Berau.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang positif antara variabel PembagianTugas dan Efektivitas Kerja Pegawai Pada Kantor Pengadilan Negeri Tanjung Redeb Kelas II B KabupatenBerau Hal ini terbukti dari hasil analisis data dimana harga r empiris yang diperoleh sebesar 0,492. Lebih besar bila dibandingkan dengan tingkat signifikasi r = 0,002 untuk N = 37. Atau 0,492 > 0,002 untuk tes satu sisi pada tingkat kepercayaan a = 0,05.Hipotesis yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini dapat dibuktikan kebenarannya, dimana harga t = 3,001 atau lebih besar dibandingkan dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,005 dan teoritis = 1,693889  pada taraf kepercayaan a = 0,05 dengan jumlah sampel (N) = 37.---ABSTRACEVY JULIANA.
