<![CDATA[ABSTRAKMARIA DEVUNG DING.Manajemen Perkantoran Terhadap Efektivitas Kerja Pegawai ( Studi Tentang Pengaruh Pada KantorPenghubungKabupaten MahakamUlu  Di Samarinda. ) dibawah bimbingan Ibu Dra.Hj.Nanik Pujiastuti, M.Si sebagai Pembimbing I dan Bapak Ibu Jamiah, S,Sos, M.Si sebagai Pembimbing II.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakahManajemen Perkantoran Terhadap Efektivitas Kerja Pegawai ( Studi Tentang Pengaruh Pada KantorPenghubungKabupaten MahakamUlu  Di Samarinda. ). Untuk menemukan jawaban atas permasalahan yang penulis kemukakan sebelumnya dan untuk membuktikan kebenaran hipotesis yang telah dikemukakan.Dari hasil analisis diketahui Variabel Manajemen perkantoran mempunyai hubungan yang sangat kuat dengan variabel efektivitas kerja Pegawai, hal ini dapat dilihat dari hasil koefesien korelasi Product Moment, dimana rs = 0,968. Berdasarkan hasil analisis tersebut, jelas terlihat bahwa rhit =0,968 > rtab =0482 pada tingkat signifikansi = 0,05 .Sementara itu jika dilihat dari interprestasi koefesien korelasi sebagaimana terdapat dalam tabel-1 pada bab III, maka hasil perhitungan tersebut berada pada interval koefesien 0,80 – 1,000. Dengan demikian kedua variabel, yaitu variabel Manajemen Perkantoran dan variabel efektivitas Kerja pegawai mempunyai tingkat hubungan yang sangat kuat. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan koefesien korelasi secara keseluruhan rs = 0,968 untuk n = 17 didistribusikan kedalam rumus pengujian hipotesis maka didapat 0,443lebih besar jika dibandingkan dengan nilai ttabel sebesar 1,753untuk n – 2 = 15 pada taraf signifikansi 0,05.--Office Management Effectiveness Against Employee Work (Study On The Effect On Liaison Office In Samarinda Mahakam Ulu Regency.)Under the guidance of Mrs. Dra.Hj.NanikPujiastuti, M.Si as Supervisor I and Ladies association, Jamiah, Sos, M.Si as Supervisor II.The purpose of this study was to determine whether the Office Management Effectiveness Against Employee Work (Study On The Effect On Liaison Office In Samarinda Mahakam Ulu Regency.).To find the answer to the problems that the authors pointed out earlier, and to validate the hypotheses that have been put forward.From the results of analysis Variable Management office has a very strong relationship with the variable effectiveness of the employee, this can be seen from the results of product moment correlation coefficient, where r s = 0.968.Based on the results of the analysis, it is clear that the hit r = 0.968> r tab = 0482 at a significance level of = 0.05.Meanwhile, if viewed from the interpretation of the correlation coefficient as contained in table 1 in chapter III, then the result of the calculation is in the interval coefficient of 0.80 to 1.000.Thus these two variables, ie variables and variable effectiveness Office Management Working level employees have a very strong relationship.Based on the results of the calculation of the overall correlation coefficient r s = 0.968 for n = 17 is distributed into the formula then gained 0.443 hypothesis testingis greater than the value t table of1.753for n - 2 = 15 at significance level of 0.05.]]>
