Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of providing trash bins on improving a clean and healthy environment in Srimukti Village. The research methods used in this study were surveys and interviews. The data collected includes public perceptions of the environment before and after the procurement of waste bins, changes in waste disposal practices, and environmental quality assessments after the implementation of the procurement of waste bins. The results showed that before the procurement of trash cans, the environment in Srimukti Village was polluted by garbage scattered along roads, rivers, and public areas. This results in a decrease in the quality of air, water, and damage to ecosystems. However, after the procurement of trash cans, significant positive changes occurred.
