Abstract

The purpose of this study is to address the academic and administrative problems of the Academic Information System (SIAKAD). This research uses quantitative techniques, analytical descriptive methodology, and collects primary data by sending online questionnaires through Google Form to UTP Surakarta students who are customers of SIAKAD services at the Faculty of Economics and Business. Meanwhile, secondary data for this study was collected from literature studies. The population of this study is 160 FEB students who are regular users of SIAKAD and are enrolled in one of the two study programs Bachelor of Management or Bachelor of Accounting. Proportional random sampling is the method used in the sampling procedure. Based on the research, student satisfaction at the Faculty of Economics and Business UTP Surakarta is strongly influenced by the quality of administrative services and SIAKAD.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out how FEB UTP Surakarta students manage their finances in relation to their lifestyle and level of financial literacy. The sample for this research consisted of 50 Management and Accounting study program student’s class 2020, 2021, 2022, and 2023. This data collection approach combines a voluntary respondent sampling strategy with non-probability techniques. Data was collected through an online questionnaire and multiple linear regression was used to evaluate the results. The SPSS V23 application is used to analyze primary data in the form of respondent responses. The results of the F Test conclude that the independent variables together can be called feasible. The Adjusted R Square value shows a result of 33.6%. so that financial literacy and lifestyle influence financial management by 23.6%, the rest is influenced by other variables.

Abstract

leadership has the task of inspiring individuals to achieve organizational goals. The aim of this research is to assess how teamwork, communication and leadership style influence the performance of BEM administrators at the Faculty of Economics and Business, UTP Surakarta. This research uses quantitative methods, descriptive research design, and questionnaires and interviews as data collection methods. The research population was administrators and members of the BEM Faculty of Economics and Business, UTP Surakarta. A purposive respondent sampling strategy was used with a non-probability sampling method in the sampling process. The BEM administrators of the Faculty of Economics and Business, UTP Surakarta for the 2023–2024 academic year were used as the sample for this research. In total there are 25 people, including daily administrators, public relations, PSDM, communications and social departments. Research findings show that collaboration, communication and leadership style all have a significant influence on the performance of BEM administrators at the Faculty of Economics and Business, UTP Surakarta.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of communication, teamwork and leadership on the work of GenBI Solo employees, UTP Surakarta Commissariat, both directly and indirectly. This research is a quantitative analysis and the respondents of this research are members of the GenBI Solo UTP Surakarta Commissariat with a total of 33 samples from a population of 50. The sample used in this research is a non-probability sampling technique which involves selecting a voluntary sample of respondents. This type of research uses descriptive quantitative analysis with data collection techniques using interviews and questionnaires conducted with participants. The results of this research show that the indicators of the influence of leadership, communication, and cooperation greatly influence the performance of GenBI Solo Members, UTP Surakarta Commissariat.

Abstract

This research aims to understand how student organizations influence student learning achievement in Management study program students at the Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB) Tunas Pembangunan University (UTP) Surakarta. The sample taken in this research was 20 students. This data collection technique used a non-probability sampling technique with a voluntary respondent sampling method. Based on the results of the regression test analysis, it shows that with every existence of a Student Affairs organization there will be a decrease in student achievement in the UTP Surakarta management study program by -0.019. Based on the test value of the coefficient of determination (R square) of 0.000, it means that it can be concluded that 0% of student learning outcomes are not determined by Student Organizations, meaning that only the remaining 21.9% are influenced by Student Organizations.
