Abstract

Perangkat  penilaian kompetensi berbicara  mata pelajaran bahasa Jawa di sekolah dasar belum optimal sehingga belum mampu mengungkap seluruh potensi siswa. Penilaian masih menitikberatkan  pada bentuk tertulis. Oleh karena itu, alat penilaian yang komprehensif untuk menilai seluruh aspek perlu dikembangkan.  Penelitian ini bertujuan  mendeskripsikan karakteristik pengembangan perangkat penilaian berbicara, menyusun kembali model perangkat penilaian  kompetensi berbicara, dan  menguji keefektifan perangkat penilaian  kompetensi berbicara pada  mata pelajaran bahasa Jawa  di SD Kelas Tinggi. Prosedur penelitian yang digunakan adalah Reaserch and Development (R&D). Data  penelitian ini berupa  deskripsi kebutuhan, deskripsi saran dari ahli, dan  hasil uji coba produk. Data  dikumpulkan dengan teknik angket,  uji ahli, serta tes. Data dianalisis  menggunakan teknik deskriptif kualitatif, kuantitatif  prosentase, dan uji keefektifan. Hasil penelitian ini berupa  model penilaian kompetensi berbicara meliputi jenis bercerita, berpidato, dan berdialog. Perangkat penilaian ketiga jenis berbicara tersebut  terdiri atas materi ajar yang sesuai KD, penilaian aspek sikap, pengetahuan, dan  keterampilan. Hasil penelitian ini dapat dimanfaatkan  guru sekolah dasar kelas tinggi untuk melakukan penilaian kompetensi berbicara. Penelitian ini meneliti penilaian kompetensi berbicara, agar lebih lengkap perlu dilakukan penelitian lanjutan dengan kompetensi yang berbeda.The assessment tools of speaking competence in Javanese language subjects in primary schools have not been optimal so that they have not been able to uncover all students’ potential.  The assessments are still focused on written form Therefore, an assessment tool that meets the rules needs to be developed. This study aimed to describe the characteristics of the development of assessment tools to speak, recast the model of speaking competence assessment tools, and test the effectiveness of the assessment of competence to speak on the subjects of the Java language in high grade primary school. The procedure of the research is Research and Development (R & D). This research data is in the form of need description, a description of the expert advice, and product test results. The data were collected by questionnaire technique, expert testing and tests. They were analyzed using qualitative descriptive technique, quantitative percentages, and test effectiveness. The results of this research are models of speaking competence assessment include types of storytelling, speeches, and dialogue. Three types of speaking assessment tools consist of appropriate teaching materials based on Basic Competence (KD), assesses the attitudes, knowledge, and skills. The results of this study can be exploited for high-grade primary school teachers to conduct speaking competence assessment. This study examined the speaking competence assessment, in order to more fully need to do further research with different competencies.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan wujud pelanggaran, pola pelanggaran, dan faktor-faktor yang melatarbelakangi pelanggaran prinsip percakapan serta parameter pragmatik. Data dikumpulkan dengan metode simak dan teknik simak bebas libat cakap, rekam, serta catat. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan metode pragmatis teknik heuristik dan normatif. Wujud pelanggaran prinsip percakapan dan parameter pragmatik dalam wacana Dodit Mulyanto berupa pelanggaran prinsip kerja sama, prinsip kesantunan, tingkat jarak sosial, tingkat status sosial, dan tingkat peringkat tindak tutur. Pola pelanggaran prinsip percakapan dan parameter pragmatik pada struktur setup yakni attitude+topik+premis (pelanggaran prinsip kerja sama maksim cara; pelanggaran prinsip kesantuan maksim kebijaksanaan, kemurahhatian, keperkenanan, kerendahatian dan kesetujuan; pelanggaran tingkat jarak sosial dan tingkat status sosial). Pola pada punch yakni act out (pelanggaran prinsip kerja sama maksim kuantitas,maksim kualitas, dan maksim relevansi; pelanggaran prinsip kesantunan pada seluruh maksim;pelanggaran parameter pragmatik)+ mix+act out. Faktor-faktor yang melatarbelakangi pelanggaran tersebut yakni faktor budaya, maksud/tujuan, situasi, dan heckler.This research aims to determine the conversational principles and pragmatic parameter violation form, determine the conversational principles and pragmatic parameters violations pattern, and describe the factors that influence conversational principles and pragmatic parameters violations in the Dodit Mulyanto’s stand-up comedy discourse. Supplying data used observation method, and the data were analyzed by using pragmatic analysis with heuristic and normative techniques. The cooperation principles violations were quantity maxim, quality maxim, relevance maxim, and manner maxim. Politeness principles the violations appeared in the maxim of tact, generosity, approbation, modesty, agreement, and sympathy. The conversational principles and pragmatic parameter violations patterns on the setup structure of Dodit Mulyanto discourse were attitude + topic + premise (cooperation principle violation of manner maxim; politeness principles violations of tact maxim, generosity maxim, approbation maxim, modesty maxim and agreement maxim; pragmatic parameter violation in social distance and social status levels). Patterns on the punch structure namely act out(violations on all maxims in politeness principles, violations pragmatic parameters, and cooperation principles except manner maxim) + mix  + act out. There were four factors that affected the violations of conversational principles and pragmatic parameter namely cultural factor, purpose of interactions,situations, and heckler.

Abstract

Representasi dari novel Perempuan Jogja akan menujukkan seberapa jauh novel ini dapat menggambarkan kehidupan masyarakat Yogyakarta. Adapun hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Struktur teks novel Perempuan Jogja meliputi a) tema yaitu kehidupan pernikahan sepasang suami istri dengan latar belakang budaya Jawa, b) Rumanti memiliki sifat rajin, cekatan, setia, patuh, keibuan, dan bijaksana; RM Danudirjo memiliki sifat egois, dan tidak setia; RA  Indri memiliki sifat berani melawan, peduli sesama, tidak suka mencampuri urusan orang lain, pemarah, dan kurang bijaksana; Ramadan memiliki sifat tahu diri, humoris dan pekerja keras; RM Sudarsana memiliki sifat tenang, berjiwa sosial dan rendah diri; RA Niken memilliki sifat sabar; c) Alur dalam novel Perempuan Jogja yaitu alur maju atau progresif, d) Latar tempat novel berada di Bantaran kali Code, Sanggar RM Sudarsono,  Rumah RM Sudarsono, Pendopo pantai Paragkusumo, Pendopo ndalem Sudarsanan, Rumah RM Sudarsono, Badara Adisucipto, dan restoran. Latar waktu dalam novel yaitu pagi, sore, dan juga malam hari. Latar suasana dalam novel yang muncul yaitu sedih, marah, tegang, dan emosi. Latar sosial dalam novel yang ada yaitu latar budaya masyarakat miskin dan kehidupan sosial masyarakat kaya. e) sudut pandang novel yaitu orang ketiga serbatahu. Representasi sistem pernikahan budaya Jawa yang terdapat dalam novel Perempuan Jogja yaitu (1) representasi masyarakat Jawa yang masih mengenal perjodohan, (2) representasi pernikahan antarkelas sosial, (3) representasi kehidupan pernikahan budaya Jawa, (4) representasi pernikahan dalam ritualisme adat Jawa.Some parts related to Javanese marriage system were elaborated. The result of this study show that: The text structure of the novel Perempuan Jogja are a) the theme, merried life of couple with Javanese cultural background,  b) characters of Rumanti is a diligent, skillful, devoted, obedient, motherly and wise woman; RM Danudirjo, an egoistic and unfaithful man; RA Indri, a strong willed, caring, unobtrusive,  petulant, and unwise women; Ramadan, a humble, humorous and hard working man; RM Sudarsana, a calm, sociable, and humble men; RA Niken who is patient; Popi, an impolite but kind girl; Norma, a typical antagonist, an egoistic and wicked women,  c) the plot of the novel is progressive plot, d) some settings found are, place Code River Bank, RM Sudarsono’s studio, Parangkusumo’s beach Pendopo, Sudarsanan’s Pendopo ndalem,   RM Sudarsono’s house, Adisucipto International Airport, restaurant, the time settings are morning evening and night. The atmosphere is sad, indignant, tense and emotional. Social setting presented is the life of poor and rich, e) point of view of the novel is third person omniscient. The representation of Japanese marriage system that are found in the novel Perempuan Jogja are (1) related to the fact that Javanese community are familiar with match-making, (2) representation of interclass marriages, (3) life marriage Java cultural representation, (4) representation of Japanese wedding custom.

Abstract

Ekspresi Cinta dan Citra religius menjadi sebuah kajian menarik dalam sebuah telaah novel, didalamnya kita tidak hanya menemukan satu nilai saja, tetapi bermacam-macam nilai yang disampaikan oleh pengarangnya. Melalui cerita dan tingkah laku para tokoh, pembaca dapat mengambil hikmah dari pesan-pesan cinta dan spiritual yang disampaikan. Fokus penelitian ini adalah persepsi cinta dan citra religius. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah kutipan dan dialog dalam novel. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik pustaka, observasi dan catat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif, yaitu metode yang bukan berdasarkan angka-angka tetapi kedalaman penghayatan terhadap interaksi antarkonsep yang dikaji secara empiris terhadap novel Atheis. Hasil penelitian ini adalah (1) ekspresi cinta yang terdapat dalam novel Atheis adalah keintiman, gairah, komitmen, liking, infatuated love, romantic love, kemesraan, kesucian cinta, saling memberi, saling membantu, perhatian dan saling melengkapi; (2) citra religius dalam Novel Atheis Karya Achdiat Kartamihardja terdiri dari dimensi transenden, makna dan tujuan hidup, misi hidup, kesakralan hidup, nilai-nilai material, altruisme, idealisme, dan buah dari spiritual.Expression of Love and religious imagery became an interesting study in a novel study, in this case we not only find a single value, but a variety of value delivered by the author. Through stories and behavior of the characters, the reader should be able to take lessons from the messages, there are about love and spiritual imagery. The focus of this study is the expressions of love and religious imagery. The data source is an excerpt of this research and dialogue in the novel. The data collection was done by using literature, observation, and record. This study uses a qualitative method, a method that is not based on the figures but the depth of the understanding of the interaction between concepts studied empirically to Atheis novel. From the results of the study concluded that (1) the perception of love contained in this novel is the intimacy, passion, commitment, liking, infatuated love, romantic love, romance, sanctity of love, take adn give, help each other, care and complementary; (2) the religious imagery in Atheis novel consists of the transcendent dimension, meanings and purpose of life, the mission of life, sanctity of life, material values, altruism, idealism, and the result of spiritualism.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze babad story of Cirebon based on Propp theory’s in order determine the function of the perpetrator, to formulate the story frame, to distribute the function among actors, and to determine the scheme of story movement. The results showed that the story contained 17 functions of the actors in the form of the absence prohibition, violation, deficiency, intermediary event of contact, the beginning of reply, departure, first donor, reaction of the hero, acceptance of magic tools, unrecognized returns, the heroes were given a difficult task, tasks completed, completion, incarnation, and married heroes. The frame of the babad story of Cirebon begined with the description of the King Prabu Siliwangi's son who still live in the palace and the meeting situation, followed by a series of abuser functions contained in the babad story of Cirebon. Furthermore, the story is closed by the information that would be the leader of Cirebon named Syarif Hidayatullah. The babad story of Cirebon there contained the environment of donor actions, environmental auxiliary measures, the environment of the acts of daughters and their fathers, the environment of intermediary acts, and the environment of the hero's actions. Meanwhile, the babad story of Cirebon consisted of a storyline with four interrelated movements. From those scheme, the essense of the babad story of Cirebon could be known.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan menganalisis bentuk dan isi legenda penamaan desa yang mengandung ajaran Sunan Kalijaga, menganalisis ajaran moral Sunan Kalijaga dalam legenda penamaan desa, dan menganalisis relevansi pemikiran Sunan Kalijaga pada legenda penamaan desa dengan kondisi masyarakat desa di masyarakat Demak pada saat ini. Penelitian  dilakukan dengan menggunakan  pendekatan antropologi sastra dengan pendekatan epik dan emik. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, simak dan dokumentasi. Analisis dilakukan dengan dua tingkatan yaitu teknik dialektik pada pembacaan heuristik dan teknik struktural Levi Strauss pembacaan hermeneutik. Bentuk legenda penamaan desa di masyarakat Demak adalah prosa yang secara nature dan culture mengandung ajaran ketaukhidan Islam. Ajaran Sunan Kalijaga berupa konsep 5 P merupakan ajaran dasar yang terdapat dalam legenda penamaan desa berupa sikap prasaja, prasetya, pranata, prayoga, dan prayitna dalam konsep kebuadayaan yang dilihat dari mata pencaharian masyarakat desa yaitu petani dan pedagang, kekerabatan berupa hubungan santri dengan guru dan pembeli dan pedagang. Kelima konsep tersebut memiliki implikasi pada tatanan dasar budaya desa meliputi bentuk rumah, pola hidup dan tanggung jawab pada keluarga. Pemikiran Sunan Kalijaga berupa kali ilang kedunge, pasar ilang kumandange, dan wong wadon ilang wirange tampak dalam kehidupan masyarakat dalam legenda penamaan desa.Issues examined in this study were (1) how to know and shape the legend of the village name containing the teachings of Sunan Kalijaga, (2) How is the Doctrine of Sunan Kalijaga in the legend of the name of the village, (3) How relevant is the idea of ​​Sunan Kalijaga on the legend of the name of the village with the conditions of rural communities in Demak at this time. Method of Reaserch is qualitative with approach used in this study is the approach antropologisastra. Data collected by interview, see and documentation. Mechanical analysis was done by two levels of dialectic on readings heuristik and structural engineering hermeneutic reading Levi Strauss. It’s means research results that form the legend of names of villages in Demak regency is prose that is nature and culture abaout trust in the God containing the teachings of Islam. Doctrine Sunan Kalijaga a concept 5P is the basic teachings contained in the legend of the name of the village in the form of attitude simple, vows, institutions, decent and submisive in the concept cultural seen on the livelihoods of rural communities as farmers and traders, kinship be a relationship of students with teachers and buyers and merchants. The fifth concept has implications for the basic order of village culture includes the shape of the house, lifestyle and family responsibility. Thought Sunan Kalijaga in the form of (1) lost river source, 2) place workship are expsensive,3) Women lost to shame, appear in people's lives in a village legend. Conclusions from this research is that the teachings and ideas contained in the Sunan Kalijaga Legend Village Nam.

Abstract

The image of Javanese women become an interesting review matter in a novel study. The image can be seen in Gadis Pantai novel by Pramoedya Ananta Toer in which is full of cultural values and social stratum classes. The focus of this research is the image of Javanese women in the novel by using social realism review. The method was hermeneutic by reading repetition in the novel, allowing the reader to deconstruct structurally to reveal the meaning inside of the novel. The data source is the excerpts of the novel in the form of statement, written words, and the actions of the characters in the novel. The data collection techniques were literature study, observation, and notes. The data analysis technique was content analysis. The findings are: (1) the image of Javanese women in the novel could be found on Gadis Pantai character, maid, mother, and Mardinah. The image of Javanese women in the novel showed nglaras rasa and angon rasa, welas asih, nrima and rasa rumangsa, kanthong bolong and gangsir ngenthir, kridha grahita, ngelmu begja, the feeling to have and jealousy, fear, and humble, and (2) the representations of Javanese woman image in the novel could be seen from social aspect, covering from ethics toward people, higher social stratum person, and society inside.
