Abstract

Permenkes Nomor 43 tahun 2019 tentang Puskesmas menyebut arti Puskesmas adalah fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan yang menyelenggarakan upaya kesehatan masyarakat dan upaya kesehatan perseorangan tingkat pertama, dengan lebih mengutamakan upaya promotif dan preventif di wilayah kerjanya. Puskesmas harus didirikan pada setiap kecamatan. Setiap Puskesmas melakukan program yang dijalankan sesuai dengan kebutuhan di wilayah kerja tiap kecamatan. Puskesmas Talang Betutu merupakan unit pelaksana teknis pelayanan kesehatan masyarakat yang berada di Kecamatan Sukarami Kota Palembang. Sistem yang digunakan di loket pendaftaran Puskesmas Talang Betutu adalah sistem manual dan sistem komputer berbasis aplikasi dengan nama Healthical. Sistem yang saat ini sering digunakan adalah sistem manual,  hal ini dikarenakan aplikasi Healthical sering mengalami gangguan dikarenakan sistem masih dalam proses pengembangan sehingga waktu antri pasien di loket pendaftaran menjadi lama. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah metode obervasi dan wawancara terhadap informan. Waktu pelaksanaan mulai dari tanggal 13-16 Juli 2024. Hasil observasi diketahui adanya masalah pada aplikasi Healthical di loket pendaftaran. Kesimpulan terjadinya masalah antrian pasien yang panjang di loket pendaftaran karena aplikasi Healthical yang sedang dalam pengembangan sehingga petugas loket melakukan sistem manual dan membuat antrian pasien panjang.

Abstract

World health problems that cannot be resolved include maternal mortality, maternity and infant mortality. How to reduce the Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR) and Infant Mortality Rate (IMR) with MDG's. National MMR (2017) is 228/100,000 KH and IMR is 34/1,000 KH. Dairi Regency MMR (2020) is 209/100,000 KH and IMR 14/1,000 KH. The aim of the research is to analyze the influence of predisposing, enabling and need factors on the utilization of Maternity Insurance services in the Working Area of ​​the Parongil Health Center, Dairi Regency. This type of research is explanatory research. The total sample was 95 mothers giving birth. Data analysis includes univariate, bivariate analysis with chi square, Fisher and multivariate tests with multiple logistic regression. The results of the research were that 30.53% of respondents utilized Maternity Guarantee services and 69.47% of respondents did not utilize Maternity Guarantee services. The results of the chi-square and Fisher tests show that there are 3 variables that are significantly related to the utilization of Maternity Insurance services where the p value is <0.005, namely knowledge (p<0.001), facilities (p<0.001) and needs (p<0.001). From the results of the multivariable multiple logistic regression, the most influential influence on the utilization of Maternity Insurance services is the facilities.

Abstract

Marriage is an important thing in life. From marriage, a person will be able to achieve more balance in life, both biologically,psychologically and socially. The high number of cases of young marriage in Indonesia tends to occur in many villages due to the poor level of knowledge of the village population. This is because people who live in rural areas still have little knowledge about the dangers of underage marriage. Marriages at this age are mostly carried out by women with low educational status and who also come from families with low economic status. The aim of this research is to look at the influence of knowledge about early marriage and the impact of early marriage in Kerta Dewa Musi Rawas Village, North Lubuk Linggau in 2024. Research method This research method uses a qualitative-descriptive approach. Qualitative is an approach that underlies a socialphenomenon that exists in human life or patterns that are analyzed against ordinary social phenomena by using the culture of the society concerned or obtaining an overview of the rules that apply. The key informant, namely the Head Kerta Dewa Village and teenagers who carry out underage marriages in Kerta Dewa Village, North Musi Rawas Regency and several residents under 35 years of age.Research conducted on women under 35 years of age showed that the majority of respondents, namely 20 people (100%) 14 people (70%) had the wrong level of knowledge and only around 6 people (30%) had the correct level of knowledge so that the majority of respondents (70%) had knowledge that was not good or correct. Meanwhile, knowledge is one of the important factors that influences the incidence of child marriage. Previous studies concluded that one of the factors that causes child marriage is the lack of good background knowledge (Aychiluhm et al, 2021). Efforts to increase knowledge must continue to be made in the community
