Abstract

This research focused on RT.003 RW.003 in Macan Lindungan Bukit area. The RT.003.RW.003 area is included in Bukit Baru Village, Ilir Barat I District, Macan Lindungan Region. Bukit Baru Village has existed since February 22, 1996. Initially, Bukit Baru Village was the result of the expansion of Bukit Lama Village. Bukit Baru sub-district, especially the RT.003 area, was initially very quiet and deserted because most of the area was swamp, where the population was still very small. Along with the progress of development and the increase in living standards and the success of government, especially RT.003, Bukit Baru Village, it can be said to be developing well. As an area that is still developing towards a developed society area, the selection of RT.003 and RW.003 in this area is still done manually. Where residents are invited to come to the meeting hall to vote, with paper and pens distributed by the committee to choose the candidate for RT/RW chairman. In this research, we will develop an E-Voting application system, which will be implemented in RT.003 in Macan Lindungan area. E-Voting was developed to make it easier for citizens to vote and to know the results quickly. The method used in software development uses the Waterfall system planning method using Unified Modeling Language (UML) and system testing uses black box testing. With the web-based e-voting application development model, residents no longer have to come to the polling place but residents can simply vote from home. The programming language used in developing this e-voting application is Web-based PHP and a database that uses MYSQL. Residents who are voters in RT.003 area will be given a user name and password in the online voting process, and can see the vision and mission platform of RT.003 chairman candidates in the e-voting application. The e-voting system that was built provides an interface that is easy for users to use and offers a data search process and election report results that can be immediately known, compared to manual processes.

Abstract

Pembaruan yang ada dalam ilmu komputer memiliki peran yang sangat penting terutama dalam kehidupan sehari-hari masyarakat. Yang merubah dan menambah interaksi manusia, komunikasi dan interaksi sosial. Pembaruan teknologi yang sedang berlangsung berkaitan dengan imersif teknologi seperti Virtual Reality (VR) dan Augmented Reality (AR). Pembaruan teknologi yang berlangsung dengan terbentuknya Metaverse. Metaverse merupakan sebuah istilah pembaruan teknologi yang diciptakan agar manusia dapat berinteraksi satu sama lain tanpa harus berada di ruang yang sama. Metaverse bisa disebut sebagai ruang virtual. Dengan semakin berkembang teknologi maka memberikan dampak yang positif, terutama di bidang Pelayanan. Fokus dari pembahasan penelitian ini layanan aplikasi agoda pada teknologi metaverse yang dapat digunakan untuk pelayanan pemesan tiket pesawat ataupun reservasi hotel. Penelitian ini akan menggunakan pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner dengan 24 responden yang didapat. Untuk menganalisis apakah layanan Agoda sudah baik dalam melakukan pengelolaan layanan di Masyarakat. Penelitian ini menggunakan framework COBIT 5 domain DSS (Deliver, Service and Support) yang menghasilkan nilai tingkat kematangan 3,78 dan memperoleh tingkat kematangan level 4 yaitu Managed And Measurable dan tingkat kesenjangan(GAB) DSS01 yang dihasilkan sehingga perlu dilakukan perbaikan agar tingkat kematangan mencapai tingkat yang diharapkan dan sistem aplikasi lebih baik lagi kedepannya. Updates in computer science have a very important role, especially in people's daily lives. Which changes and adds to human interaction, communication and social interaction. Ongoing technological updates relate to immersive technologies such as Virtual Reality (VR) and Augmented Reality (AR). Technological updates are taking place with the formation of the Metaverse. Metaverse is a term for technological updates created so that humans can interact with each other without having to be in the same room. Metaverse can be called a virtual space. As technology continues to develop, it will have a positive impact, especially in the service sector. The focus of this research discussion is the Agoda application service on metaverse technology which can be used for airline ticket booking or hotel reservation services. This research will use data collection through questionnaires with 24 respondents obtained. To analyze whether Agoda's services are good in managing services in the community. This research uses the COBIT 5 domain DSS (Deliver, Service and Support) framework which produces a maturity level value of 3.78 and obtains a maturity level of level 4, namely Managed And Measurable and the resulting gap level (GAB) DSS01 so improvements need to be made so that the maturity level reaches the expected level and the application system will be even better in the future.
