Abstract

Abstract: Office management is a form of collaboration carried out in the office to achieve company goals. The form of cooperation is in the form of a series of planning, organizing, directing and monitoring (POAC) activities or called the management function. Office management affects the achievement of company goals. This study aims to determine the implementation of the management functions of the office planning, organizing, actuating, controlling (POAC) at PT PLN (Persero) ULP Rayon Bangil. This research is a type of qualitative research using descriptive research methods that are analyzing data by describing or describing data that has been collected. Data collection in this study researchers used interview and observation methods.The results of the discussion explained the implementation of the planning, organizing, directing and supervision management functions at PT PLN (Persero) ULP Rayon Bangil. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana prosedur pengelolaan arsip dinamis inaktf melalui aplikasi Digial Office File (DOF) di Departemen Hukum dan Sekretariat PT. Petrokimia Gresik. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Informan dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai pusat arsip di Departemen Hukum dan Sekretariat PT. Petrokimia Gresik. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil pcenelitian ini berupa prosedur pengelolaan arsip dinamis inaktif melalui aplikasi Digital Office File (DOF) di Departemen Hukum dan Sekretariat PT. Petrokimia Gresik dengan cara scan surat/arsip terlebih dahulu denan menggunakan alat bantuan scanner kemudian dengan mengupload arsip ke dalam aplikasi Digital Office File (DOF) secara step by step kemudian arsip akan secara otomatis akan tesimpan. Untuk mencari arsip dapat menggunakan aplikasi Digital Office File (DOF) dengan mengisi informasi arsip yang akan dicari, maka arsip secara langsung dapat ditemukan.

Abstract

Implementation of the internal control system in an enterprise organization aims to preserve wealth, check the accuracy and reliability of accounting data, and to encourage efficiency and policy compliance management. The evaluation of accounting systems of acceptance premium and payment of out of contract claims at X Company is intended to provide input and suggestions for the accomplishment of the internal control system objectives. This study aims to investigate whether accounting systems of acceptance premium and payment of out of contract claims are already appropriate with the objectives of internal control. The method used was qualitative research with a case study approach. The result shows that there are some weaknesses in the implementation of accounting systems of acceptance premium and payment of out of contract claims. The systems are not consistent with the objectives of internal control. It is then suggested for the company to receive a premium in the form of a check on behalf of policy holders, so that collectors cannot do fraud. Additionally, for accounting system of advanced premium acceptance, it is suggested that Plan Visit sheet or PP.17 is copied and given a printed serial number. For accounting system of payment of out of contract claims, it is suggested that the agent is not involved in it. Also, service to policy holders, both in the implementation of premiums and payment of claims receipts, need to be improved

Abstract

Law no. 19 of 2013 socialization activity of on the  Empowerment and Protection  of  Farmer  conducted 2 (two) times a year at working visit recess time of Indonesian Member of Parliament. The implementation of communication strategy Cangara Knowledge model, Attitude, Practice as an effort to improve knowledge, attitude, and behavior of Karangnongko Villager Yogyakarta. The aim of this research is  to determine   implementation of communication strategies Knowledge model, Attitude, and Practice results made by the member of the Indonesian House of Representatives to socialize the law. The research is using descriptive method. There are three main stages in this research. They are: 1) target audience (audience), message, and channel; 2) message design planning, media production (draft), and pre-testing; 3) improvement of knowledge (knowledge), attitude (attitude) and behavior (practice) by considering some factors, that affect public in receiving some information. The results of this socialization in the form of knowledge (Knowledge) of society to Law no. 19 of 2013, the changing of behaviour (attitude) cognitive, affective, and public conatif and need public behavioral actions (Practice) after law socialization activities, conducted by the Member of the Indonesian House of Representatives A-363. Further evaluation needed  from the socialization activities resul , to measure the success of socialization activities and it is also expected to do tit continuously (suistanable).
