Personality plays a crucial role in influencing an individual's level of flourishing by the subject lecturers in the civil employee. One approach to understanding personality in the flourishing context is the concept of "anchor virtues." Anchor virtues are fundamental character traits that guide an individual's behavior and attitude. Civil servant lecturers with anchor virtue personalities are likelier to achieve a higher level of flourishing. This research aims to determine the role of anchor virtue personality in flourishing among civil servant lecturers. This study employs a quantitative method using a survey approach. The scales used include the modified Anchor Personal Inventory (API) with 13 valid items (α = 0,823) and a modified version of the PERMA scale with 29 valid items (α = 0,870). The researchers conducted classical assumption tests with 102 respondents who are Indonesian citizens working as lecturers in Surakarta, aged between 25 and 30 years. Classical assumption tests included normality and linearity tests. The hypothesis was then performed using simple linear regression. The results of this research are the results of linear regression analysis showing that anchor virtues predict flourishing significantly (p <0.000). Anchor virtues contributed to changes in flourishing by 51,4% (R2 = 0.514). Thus, this study indicates that both variables have a positive role. This means that a higher anchor virtues personality is associated with a higher level of flourishing. One limitation of this study is that it was conducted only among civil servant lecturers in Surakarta, with few respondents. Future researchers are encouraged to extend the study to a broader geographical area with a more diverse subject pool and explore other anchor elements, such as self, material, and others.

This study aims to analyze the role of hardiness personality on wisdom in middle-aged employees in the city of Surakarta. The hypothesis in this study is that a hardiness personality has a positive effect on wisdom in middle-aged employees in the city of Surakarta. There were 166 research subjects consisting of 80 men and 86 women. This study used a wisdom scale with a reliability of 0.853 and a hardiness personality scale with a reliability of 0.926. The results showed that a hardiness personality significantly affected the wisdom of teaching staff in Surakarta with an effective contribution of 10.1%. The results can be seen from the regression coefficient of hardiness personality on wisdom 0.318 with a p-value <0.05. Thus, the hypothesis in this study is accepted. Overall, this study explains the wisdom of middle-aged employees in the city of Surakarta.

This study aims to explore the relationship between mindfulness and self-efficacy moderated by peer support in al-Qur'an memorization mahasantri. This moderation research involved respondents of al-Qur'an memorization mahasantri with an age range of 18-24 years (N = 162) with sampling using probability sampling, namely random sampling. Data analysis using Jamovi. Based on hypothesis testing using the medmod test, the results show that there is a significant direct positive relationship between mindfulness and self-efficacy in Al-Qur'an memorization students with a z value = 2.31 (p = 0.021) but the interaction effect between mindfulness and peer support shows a negative and insignificant correlation with a z value = -1. 02 (p = 0.308) which means that peer support is not able to moderate the indirect relationship between mindfulness and self-efficacy. however, peer support as a moderating variable has a positive correlation with self-efficacy. students with high mindfulness will have high self-efficacy as well. The implication of this research is that the development of mindfulness and peer support in mahasantri needs to be considered in the management system of higher education and pesantren so that self-efficacy problems do not occur in mahasantri

Interpersonal communication is a core skill required by employees in every company. Effective interpersonal communication can be established with strong cooperation between employees. This research aimed to determine the effect of team building training in improving interpersonal communication among operators at PT Komatsu Indonesia. The mixed-method study combined qualitative (interviews and observations) and quantitative (quasi-experiment with one-group pretest-posttest design) approaches. Thirty-six operators were involved in the team building training. The team building training is effective in improving interpersonal skills in operators at PT Komatsu Indonesia (Z=-5.178, p<0.05). The results of this study can be the basis for companies or industries to improve employee interpersonal skills through training to minimize the occurrence of work accidents.

Work engagement in employees can be characterized by an attitude that tends to be enthusiastic and enthusiastic in working, finishing well and cross-checking, being immersed in work, considering difficult work as a challenge that must be completed, striving for the best final results. Perceived organizational support is one of the factors that plays a role in work engagement. This research aims to examine the relationship between perceived organizational support and work engagement of company staff level employees in Solo. The novelty of this research lies in the sampling technique and research location which is different from previous researchers. The method in this research uses quantitative correlation with a sampling technique in the form of cluster random sampling, totaling 110 employees. The scale used is in the form of a Likert, namely perceived organizational support 19 items with a reliability value (α = 0.924) and work engagement 26 items with a reliability value (α = 0.881). Data analysis in this study used Pearson Product Moment with a correlation coefficient of 0.621 and sig 0.000, so the hypothesis was accepted. This means that perceived organizational support and work engagement have a positive relationship with staff level employees. The implications of this research require increasing work engagement by means of companies that need to pay attention to and develop perceived organizational support, especially for employees who have low perceived organizational support. Providing this support will create a good perception so that employee performance will be better and can achieve company goals. Work engagement pada karyawan dapat dicirikan sikap cenderung semangat dan antusias dalam bekerja, menyelesaikan dengan baik dan kroscek ulang, larut dalam pekerjaan, menganggap pekerjaan sulit sebagai tantangan yang harus diselesaikan, mengupayakan hasil akhir yang terbaik. Perceived organizational support merupakan salah satu faktor yang berperan dalam work engagement. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk meneliti hubungan perceived organizational support dengan work engagement karyawan level staff perusahaan di Solo. Kebaruan pada penelitian ini terletak pada teknik pengambilan sampel dan tempat penelitian yang berbeda dengan peneliti sebelumnya. Metode pada penelitian ini menggunakan kuantitatif korelasional dengan teknik sampling berupa cluster random sampling yang berjumlah 110 karyawan. Skala yang digunakan berbentuk Likert yaitu perceived organizational support 19 item dengan nilai reliabilitas (α = 0.924) dan work engagement 26 item dengan nilai reliabilitas (α = 0.881). Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Pearson Product Moment dengan koefisien korelasi 0.621 dan sig 0.000 maka hipotesis diterima. Artinya perceived organizational support dan work engagement memiliki hubungan positif pada karyawan level staff. Implikasi penelitian ini perlu meningkatkan work engagement dengan cara perusahaan perlu untuk memperhatikan dan mengembangkan perceived organizational support terutama kepada karyawan yang memiliki perceived organizational yang rendah. Pemberian dukungan ini akan memunculkan persepsi yang baik sehingga kinerja karyawan akan menjadi lebih baik dan dapat mencapai tujuan perusahaan.

This study aims to determine how much influence the brand image instilled by AMDK-branded Le Minerale has on purchasing decisions among teenagers in Surakarta City. This study uses a quantitative survey approach via Google with a purposive sampling technique. This study was conducted on teenagers in Surakarta City aged 20-29 years, who are potential and actual consumers of the AMDK brand Le Minerale, with a sample of 112 respondents consisting of 43 men and 69 women using the Joseph Hair formula. The data analysis techniques used are validity testing, reliability testing, normality testing, simple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The data was processed with the help of the IBM SPSS statistical application version 27.0. Based on the results of the t-test, the t-count value was obtained as 3.698 with a significance value of 0.000 less than 0.05 (0.000 <0.05), indicating that the initial hypothesis was accepted. The results of the simple linear regression equation show Y = 35.304 + 329X, meaning that the direction of the influence is positive or in the same direction. If the brand image variable (X) increases by 1, then the purchasing decision variable (Y) also increases by 0.329 plus a constant, and vice versa. This confirms the significant and positive influence of brand image on the purchasing decision of Le Minerale branded AMDK on teenagers in Surakarta City. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that 11.1% of purchasing decisions are influenced by brand image. This theory uses consumer psychology to understand how brand image influences the purchasing decision process in teenagers, with psychological aspects such as perception, motivation, learning, and emotions playing an important role in the study.

Penelitian ini menganalisis sikap welas asih diri (self compassion) pada atlet renang penyandang disabilitas fisik, yang mencakup aspek self kidness, common humanity, dan mindfulness. Menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi, penelitian ini melibatkan 8 subjek yaitu 4 sebagai informan utama dan juga 4 sebagai informan pendukung. Data dalam penelitian ini dikumpulkan melalui wawancara dan observasi, dan dianalisis menggunakan model Milles Hubberman, serta diuji kredibilitasnya dengan triangulasi teknik dan triangulasi sumber. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tiga atlet renang penyandang disabilitas fisik memiliki sikap welas asih diri (self compassion) yang tinggi dimana ketiga atlet renang penyandang disabilitas fisik mampu menerima kegagalan dan menjadikan sebagai pembelajaran untuk berkembang lebih baik kedepannya. Namun, satu atlet renang penyandang disabilitas fisik menunjukkan sikap welas asih diri (self compassion) yang rendah hal ini ditandai dengan kecenderungan atlet dalam menyalahkan dirinya sendiri, mengalami kesedihan mendalam, dan berpikir untuk mengakhiri hidupnya, serta menutup diri dari orang lain.

Fenomena-fenomena yang terjadi di dunia seperti fenomena alam dan fenomena sosial memberikan dampak positif dan dampak negatif bagi kehidupan manusia. Dampak negatif dari adanya fenomena tersebut dapat menyebabkan kerugian secara finansial, sosial, bahkan mental. Salah satu solusi untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut adalah dengan memanfaatkan zakat. Zakat dapat berfungsi untuk menjaga stabilitas ekonomi dalam masyarakat, sebagai contoh ketika terdapat masyarakat yang membutuhkan bantuan maka zakat dapat digunakan untuk mencukupkan kekurangan tersebut. Lembaga yang mengurusi zakat adalah Lembaga Amil Zakat. Lembaga Amil Zakat adalah lembaga yang bertugas untuk mengumpulkan dan menyalurkan zakat kepada orang yang membutuhkan. Lembaga Amil Zakat dapat berjalan salah satunya karena adanya relawan zakat. Relawan zakat menyalurkan manfaat zakat tersebut kepada orang yang membutuhkan. Relawan Zakat dalam membantu orang lain didasari oleh perilaku yang sudah tertanam pada diri mereka. Perilaku tersebut adalah itsar. Itsar adalah perilaku untuk mengutamakan atau mendahulukan orang lain dari pada dirinya sendiri. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran mengenai perilaku itsar pada relawan zakat, terutama pada relawan zakat di Lembaga Amil Zakat Nurul Hayat. Metodologi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif fenomenologi dan dengan teknik pengambilan data berupa wawancara. Hasil penelitian dua aspek lain yang juga saling berkaitan, yaitu sikap ikhlas dalam membantu orang lain dan raja’ atau pengharapan kepada Allah SWT.

Fresh graduates who have just completed their education are believed to have less mature career preparation. Good career adaptability is believed to support readiness to find work. Mature career readiness can help fresh graduates face job demands and career challenges in the world of work so as to bring happiness at work. This study aims to determine the relationship between career adaptability and happiness at work in fresh graduate employees. This research is a quantitative study using cluster sampling technique with a sample of 112 people. Data collection uses two scales, namely the career adaptability scale and the happiness at work scale. The analysis was carried out using the Product Moment correlation test. The results showed that there is a significant positive relationship between career adaptability and happiness at work in fresh graduate employees (r = 0.688, p = 0.001) which means the research hypothesis is accepted. Additional analysis results show that the career concern aspect has a contribution of 26.18%, the career control aspect is 11.67%, the career curiosity aspect is 8.28%, and the career confidence aspect is 12.86%. Fresh graduate yang baru menyelesaikan pendidikannya diyakini memiliki persiapan karir yang kurang matang. Kemampuan career adaptability yang baik diyakini dapat menunjang kesiapan untuk mencari pekerjaan. Kesiapan karir yang matang dapat membantu fresh graduate menghadapi tuntutan pekerjaan serta tantangan karir di dunia kerja sehingga memunculkan kebahagiaan di tempat kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan career adaptability dan happiness at work pada karyawan fresh graduate. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif menggunakan teknik cluster sampling dengan sampel berjumlah 112 orang. Pengambilan data menggunakan dua skala yaitu skala career adaptability dan skala happiness at work. Analisis dilakukan dengan menggunakan uji korelasi Product Moment. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara career adaptability dan happiness at work pada karyawan fresh graduate (r = 0.688, p = 0.001) yang berarti hipotesis penelitian diterima. Hasil analisis tambahan menunjukkan bahwa aspek career concern memiliki kontribusi sebesar 26,18%, aspek career control 11,67%, aspek career curiosity 8,28%, dan aspek career confidence sebesar 12,86%.

Kemampuan public speaking yang efektif sangat penting untuk membangun self-efficacy sejak dini, namun self-efficacy anak Indonesia masih perlu ditingkatkan. Penelitian ini mengusulkan sebuah program pelatihan public speaking bernama "Speak it Loud!" yang berfokus pada teknik vokal dan praktik langsung. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur efektivitas program tersebut dalam meningkatkan self-efficacy berbicara di depan umum siswa kelas 4-6 SD yang mengikuti kelas public speaking kids-2 di Talenta Admaja Nusantara (TAN). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuasi eksperimen dengan desain pretest-posttest control design dan pengambilan data time series (3x pertemuan). Sampel terdiri dari 5 siswa kelas kids-2a (eksperimen) dan 5 siswa kelas kids-2b (kontrol). Data skala self-efficacy dan pretest-posttest dianalisis menggunakan Uji Wilcoxon. Hasil menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan pada kelompok eksperimen, dengan nilai signifikansi < 0.05 untuk kedua pengukuran (self-efficacy: 0.043; pretest-posttest: 0.042). Kesimpulannya, program "Speak it Loud!" terbukti efektif meningkatkan self-efficacy berbicara di depan umum pada siswa SD. Dengan program serupa, diharapkan self-efficacy berbicara di depan umum anak Indonesia bisa meningkat signifikan. Abstract Effective public speaking skills are essential for building self-efficacy from an early age, but the self-efficacy of Indonesian children still needs to be improved. This study proposes a public speaking training program called “Speak it Loud!” that focuses on vocal techniques and hands-on practice. This study aims to measure the effectiveness of the program in improving the public speaking self-efficacy of 4th-6th grade elementary school students who participated in the Kids-2 public speaking class at Talenta Admaja Nusantara (TAN). This study used a quasi-experimental method with a pretest-posttest control design and time series data collection (3 meetings). The sample consisted of 5 students from class kids-2a (experimental) and 5 students from class kids-2b (control). The self-efficacy scale and pretest-posttest data were analyzed using the Wilcoxon test. The results showed a significant increase in the experimental group, with a significance value of < 0.05 for both measurements (self-efficacy: 0.043; pretest-posttest: 0.042). In conclusion, the “Speak it Loud!” program was proven to be effective in increasing public speaking self-efficacy in elementary school students. With similar programs, it is hoped that the public speaking self-efficacy of Indonesian children can increase significantly.
