Education transformation and revitalization are efforts needed to accelerate national education goals in accordance with the mandate of Law Number 20 of 2003 concerning the National Education System (Law Number 20 of 2003 concerning the National Education System, 2003) and Government Regulation Number 57 of 2021 concerning National Education Standards (Government Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia, 2021), both in academic education, and vocational education. Vocational education itself is education that involves (in addition to general education) various technical skills and knowledge related to work in various sectors of social and economic life. The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the influence of leader member exchange and organizational culture on employee performance through organizational commitment to the BPMPPV KPTK office of the Ministry of Education and Culture and Technology. The method used in this study is an explanatory method with a quantitative research approach and primary data sources. Meanwhile, to analyze the data obtained, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis is used, Determination Coefficient Analysis, and Hypothesis Test with the help of smartPLS. Based on the results of the study, the leader member exchange has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, the leader member exchange has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on commitment, commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, leader member exchange has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through organizational commitment and organizational culture has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance through organizational commitment
