Abstract

One way to improve the quality of apparatus resources is through training and compensation which is carried out in a planned and systematic manner. In other words, the importance of training and compensation in an agency is improving employee performance which includes knowledge, skills and supporting employee welfare, as well as forming the attitudes of each employee according to what the agency desires. This research uses a quantitative type of research. The independent variables used in this research are Training (X1) with indicators of training objectives and facilities, training materials, training methods, training participants must meet the specified requirements, and Compensation (X2) with indicators of Wages and salaries, Incentives, Allowances. The dependent variable in this research is employee performance with indicators of Effectiveness, Efficiency, Quality, Timeliness and Timeliness. This research shows that there is a positive and significant influence between training (X1), the tcount value is greater than ttable (2.831 > 2.013) and the significant value is smaller than α = 0.05. This test shows that the training variable has a significant effect on employee performance, and for the compensation variable (X2), the tcount value is greater than ttable (6.738 > 2.013) and the significant value is smaller than α = 0.05. This test shows that the compensation variable has a significant effect on the performance of employees of the Modan Planting Service and One Stop Integrated Services
