Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kecerdasan emosional dan lingkungan belajar terhadap hasil belajar akuntansi siswa kelas XI IPS SMA Negeri 1 Mojolaban Tahun Ajaran 2014/2015. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif, dengan populasi seluruh siswa kelas XI IPS SMA Negeri 1 Mojolaban (139 siswa), dan sampel sebanyak 103 siswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan gabungan dari 2 teknik, yaitu teknik secara acak dan proporsional/ sebanding. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket/ kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan kecerdasan emosional terhadap hasil belajar akuntansi siswa kelas XI IPS SMA Negeri 1 Mojolaban Tahun Ajaran 2014/2015; 2) Terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan lingkungan belajar terhadap hasil belajar akuntansi siswa kelas XI IPS SMA Negeri 1 Mojolaban Tahun Ajaran 2014/2015; 3) Terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan interaksi kecerdasan emosional dan lingkungan belajar terhadap hasil belajar akuntansi siswa kelas XI IPS SMA Negeri 1 Mojolaban Tahun Ajaran 2014/2015. Kata Kunci: Kecerdasan Emosional, Lingkungan Belajar, Hasil Belajar  ABSTRACT The objectives of this research are to investigate the effect of emotional intelligence and learning environment on the learning result in Accounting of the students in Grade XI of Social Science Program of State Senior Secondary School 1 of Mojolaban in Academic Year 2014/2015. This research used the quantitative method, with population of 139 studentas, and the samples of 103 students. They were taken by using two combined sampling techniques, random and proportionate. The data were collected through questionnaire and documentation, and analyzed by using the multiple linear regression technique of analysis. The results are: (1) there is a positive and significant  effect of the emotional intelligence on the learning result in Accounting of the students in Grade XI of Social Science Program of State Senior Secondary School 1 of Mojolaban in Academic Year 2014/2015; (2) there is a positive and significant effect of the learning environment on the learning result in Accounting of the students in Grade XI of Social Science Program of State Senior Secondary School 1 of Mojolaban in Academic Year 2014/2015; and (3) there is a positive and significant interaction of effect between the emotional intelligence and the learning environment on the learning result in Accounting of the students in Grade XI of Social Science Program of State Senior Secondary School 1 of Mojolaban in Academic Year 2014/2015. Keywords: Emotional intelligence, learning environment, learning resultÂ
