Abstract

Diabetes mellitus (DM) is a chronic disease characterized by a significant increase in blood glucose levels. This condition is caused by a deficiency of the hormone insulin or impaired insulin function in glucose metabolism. Signs and symptoms of diabetes mellitus include polyuria, polydipsia, polyphagia. The aim of this research is to examine and implement nursing care for patients with type II diabetes mellitus in the fighting room at Bangkinang Regional Hospital in 2025. This research method uses a descriptive research design in the form of a case study. Subjective in the case report is Mrs. During the assessment, the client feels weak, has no appetite, stomach ache, has nausea and vomiting, has a headache, and urinates frequently. Researchers formulated the main problem with the nursing diagnosis of blood glucose instability related to hyperglycemia (D.0027). The intervention given is monitoring blood glucose levels. In implementing nursing actions for Mrs.F with type II diabetes mellitus, they were carried out according to the nursing plan that had been prepared. The result of a three-day nursing visit to the client was that the problem was resolved. Nursing evaluation for three days on this client as a guide for researchers: as a goal for conducting research on Diabetes Mellitus, campus: as a reference in providing nursing care to patients.

Abstract

PROGRAM STUDI PROFESI NERS FAKULTAS ILMU KESEHATAN UNIVERSITAS PAHLAWAN TUANKU TAMBUSAI Karya Ilmiah Akhir Ners (KIA-N), Agustus 2023 MELA SEPTIAWI NINGSIH, S.Kep ASUHAN KEPERAWATAN TERAPI MUROTTAL AL-QURAN PRA OPERASI DENGAN MASALAH KECEMASAN PADA Ny. A DENGAN CA. MAMAE DI RUANG FLAMBOYAN RSUD ARIFIN ACHMAD PEKANBARU ix + 37 Halaman + 2 Tabel + 5 Lampiran ABSTRAK Pasien selalu abaikan terhadap penyakit Ca. mamae, ketika Ca.mamae sudah stadium 2-4 pasien diberitahukan pasien barulah merasa kecemasan. Dan pasien juga cemas untuk menjalani berbagai rangkaian penyembuhan. Kecemasan dapat di minimalisir dengan cara dilakukan pemberian terapi murattal Al-Quran. Tujuan karya ilmiah akhir adalah untuk menganalisis intervensi teknik terapi murattal Al-Quran dalam mengatasi masalah kecemasan pada pasien Ca. mamae di ruang Flamboyan RSUD Arifin Achamd Pekanbaru. Metode penulisan KIAN-N ini studi kasus dengan quasy eksperiment intervensi terapi murattal Al-Quran yang dilakukan pada pasien pre operasi Ca. mamae yang mengalami kecemasan. Terapi ini diberikan selama 3 hari. Hasil dari implementasi selama 3 hari pemberian terapi muratal Al-Quran terhadap skala cemas dari berat menjadi ringan. Kesimpulan terdapat perubahan skala kecemasan yang signifikan pada pasien pre operasi Ca. mamae setelah diberikan terapi murattal Al-Quran. Studi kasus hanya dilakukan pada pasien pre operasi Ca. mamae dengan masalah kecemasan. Diharapkan peneliti selanjutnya dapat melakukan studi kasus yang mendalam dan menerapkan metode lain yang lebih efektif untuk menurunkan skala cemas. Kata kunci : Ca.
