Abstract

The readiness of the apparatus as the front guard element of state administration in the field of public services can be seen from the level of competence and quality of management in carrying out their functions. The research aims to understand the extent of the level of competency and quality of management on the level of satisfaction with the results of services by state civil servants to the people of Wagom sub-district, Pariwari district, Fakfak district. The research was carried out for 4 months in 2023 using a survey approach and interviews using closed questionnaires. The survey and interview results were processed quantitatively using the SPSS 2.3 statistical tool and described using spider web diagram analysis tools and gap value graphs. Research conclusions containing the substance of corrective actions are described using an Ishikawa diagram analysis approach with a combination of weighting.

Abstract

Arguni District and Kokas District have very exotic marine natural potential, rich history of civilization, and very abundant fishing resources. Almost all villages in this district can only be reached by boat transportation across the sea with very beautiful natural views. The research aims to find a form of implementation of accelerated development of integrated ecotourism and creative economy based on analysis of innovation, motivation and competence of local youth drivers. The research was carried out from May – October 2023. The research method was descriptive with a combination approach of quantitative and qualitative analysis. Data was obtained through a direct survey of respondents who had been determined deliberately. The data obtained is given a weight value based on assessment indicators obtained from the results of preliminary research. Test the validity and reliability of the data in a gradual and structured manner using a triangulation and role sharing approach . The research results are presented in the form of a spider web diagram equipped with illustrations of shift share gap values, Ishikawa diagrams with weighting, Pearson correlation analysis , and regression equation models obtained from the SPSS version 2.3 statistical tool.

Abstract

The rapid advancement of digital technology has transformed business practices, including those of MSMEs, which are now required to integrate technology into their entrepreneurial activities. This integration is known as technopreneurship. This study aims to identify the strategies employed by culinary MSMEs in strengthening their branding, explore the characteristics of technopreneurship implementation, examine audience responses to digital content, and analyze the influence of such content on branding reinforcement. The research employed a mixed-methods approach, combining quantitative and qualitative techniques. Quantitative data were obtained from 162 respondents through structured questionnaires and analyzed using Spearman’s correlation to examine the relationship between audience responses and variables such as content relevance, reputation, and interaction. Complementary qualitative data were gathered from in-depth interviews with three MSMEs actively engaged in digital branding. Findings revealed significant positive correlations audience responses and the three examined variables. The results indicate that relevant and consistent content, strong reputation, and interactive engagement play key roles in enhancing consumer trust and purchase intentions. Interviews confirmed that MSMEs are increasingly aware of the strategic role of social media, even establishing dedicated teams for content creation. These insights highlight the importance of technopreneurship in expanding market reach and sustaining competitiveness in the digital era.
