Abstract

The Tomage District has potential for huma fields which are known to the public as Teletubbies Hill because of its very exotic shape . The exoticism of Teletubies Hill is only limited to its potential and has not been able to manage its use as a superior agribusiness and environmental education tourism location in an integrated manner, to encourage increased community empowerment and economic resources for Fakfak district. The research aims to find a strategy for developing a typology of superior agribusiness and educational tourism ecosystems on Teletubies Hill as an important economic growth center for Fakfak district . The research was carried out during May – December 2023. The research method was descriptive with a combination approach of quantitative and qualitative analysis. Data was obtained through a direct survey of respondents who had been determined deliberately. The data obtained is given a weight value based on assessment indicators obtained from the results of preliminary research. Test the validity and reliability of the data in a gradual and structured manner using a triangulation and role sharing approach. The research results are presented in the form of a spider web diagram which is equipped with illustrations of shift share gap values, Ishikawa diagrams, Pearson correlation analysis , and regression equation models obtained from the SPSS version 2.3 statistical tool.

Abstract

The transfer of life spans between generations certainly leaves challenges regarding the importance of leadership and managerial skills in managing sustainable development. Generation Z is expected to be the party who can accelerate the development process. Generation Z lived and grew to become the new owners of the earth at a time when generation Y had left behind a pile of hope for technological progress in the form of digital transformation. Study aim For know various characteristics And forecasting performance generation Z in frame strengthening Power use the demographic bonus in the Regency Fakfak . Abstract

The performance of the community together with leaders and officials in the village in preparing development plans and managing village funds is very crucial for accelerating village development and progress. The research aims to uncover the level of disparity in the performance of village planners and village fund managers, which in a structured manner basically starts with the role of all components of the village community itself in order to create accelerated development towards a prosperous village. The research method uses a statistical quantitative analysis approach , the results of which are described using the Ishikawa diagram with a combination of weighting techniques. Research respondents were chosen deliberately, and data mining techniques were carried out by in-depth interviews using questionnaire tools. Data processing uses multi-level qualitative analysis techniques starting with shift share analysis and spider web analysis.
