Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh persepsi tingkat bunga, prsedur kredit dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap keputusan anggota dalam pengambilan kredit di KSP Mitra Niaga Mandiri Indonesia Cabang Kendal. Data tentang penelitian ini penulis peroleh dengan penelitian langsung, mengambil data literatur, studi kepustakaan dan penyebaran kuisioner pada anggota KSP Mitra Niaga Mandiri Indonesia Cabang Kendal. Sampel yang digunakan dengan menggunakan purposive sampling dan metode sampel yang diambil anggota yang berpendidikan paling rendah SLTA, yang memberikan kemungkinan yang sama bagi setiap unsur populasi untuk dipilih sebanyak 95 responden. Analisa data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif, analisis kuantitatif yang terdiri dari uji validitas, uji reliabilitas serta uji regresi berganda. Dari hasil olah data Uji t dan Uji F dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel persepsi tingkat suku bunga tidak berpengaruh, prosedur kredit dan kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pengambilan kredit anggota koprasi.

Abstract

The findings of this study offer valuable implications for marketers and businesses looking to optimize their strategies on TikTok. This emphasizes the need to harness the effect of celebrity to shape Gen Z’s purchase intention. The research explores the interplay between these variables, providing insight into the complexity of Gen Z’s decision-making process in the digital era and social media marketing. It also sheds light on the mechanism through which trust mediates the relationship between celebrity endorsement and purchase intention. Understanding the pivotal role of trust can guide the development and more effective and credible marketing campaigns in the realm of live-streaming TikTok. The respondents of this research were the Gen Z that live in Semarang. This research indicates that celebrity endorsement has a positive and significant effect on trust. Also, celebrity endorsement and trust have a positive and significant effect on purchase intention. Trust was found capable to mediate between celebrity endorsement and purchase intention.

Abstract

This study was conducted to identify the influence of brand image, brand trust, and perceived customer satisfaction on customer loyalty. The population in this study was Kapal Api coffee mix consumers in Semarang City. The quantitative analysis method used included a non-probability sampling technique with 86 respondents. The coefficient of determination (R2) was 0.797, meaning that 79.7% of the variation in customer satisfaction can be explained within the analysis period through the identified factors, namely brand image and brand trust. The remaining 25.2% was explained by other factors. Meanwhile, the influence of customer satisfaction on customer loyalty had a coefficient of determination of 0.819, meaning that 81.7% of customer loyalty was simultaneously influenced by customer satisfaction. The results of this study indicate a positive and significant relationship between brand image and brand trust on customer satisfaction, and customer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty.
