Abstract

Currently, MSME players are increasing in number, but in their application they do not have adequate financial statements. This service was carried out in collaboration with  Balikpapan University, Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Sepaku District. The purpose of holding community service in Sepaku District is to increase insight, expertise, and knowledge to MSME actors regarding procedures for preparing financial statements based on financial standards that can be implemented in their business operations so that MSME actors can know their financial condition and can manage and plan their finances in a more structured manner by making financial statements. The method carried out is by conducting observations, interviews with several MSMEs and providing guidebooks to MSMEs. The number of MSME participants who attended this activity amounted to 60 people. The results obtained from this activity are getting a good response, participants are expected to be able to compile and have the ability to make financial statements well.

Abstract

Ignorance of the implementation of 5S has resulted in problems in the work environment. The community service program implemented at the State Middle School Library 023 East Balikpapan, Balikpapan City, has the aim of increasing productivity and comfort in a work environment that is always clean and spacious, reducing danger in the work environment so that the quality of the work environment is good and increasing savings by eliminating various waste in the work environment so as to create work effectiveness. In an effort to assist this community service activity, the method used involves observation, data collection and documentation. Implementation of activities is carried out through observation of daily work in the State Middle School Library 023 East Balikpapan to obtain sufficient data, then processed to prepare for structuring by involving students and teaching staff in implementing these activities. This method is used to identify problems in implementing 5S. Through the implementation of 5S, it is hoped that it will be able to provide an understanding of the importance of the 5S concept (Seiri, Seiso, Seiton, Sheiketsu, Shitsuke) and have a positive impact on optimizing the work environment.

Abstract

Kesehatan bank sangat diperlukan agar bank tetap beroperasi, dengan bank yang sehat diharapkan perekonomian suatu negara akan stabil. Tujuan dari penelitian ini mengungkapkan tingkat Kesehatan bank dan pengaruhnya terhadap nilai perusahaan. Hasil penelitian Risk Profile berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan dan dilihat dari proksi NPL bahwa bank di Indonesia cukup baik walaupun terdapat fluktuasi penurunan nilai NPL hal ini disebabkan belum Covid 19. GCG tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan. Walaupun bank telah melaksanakan peraturan OJk tahun 2015 tentang mekanisme tata Kelola tetapi hal itu tidak dapat menarik pihak investor untuk dapat meningktkan nilai perusahaan. Earning berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan. Laba perusahaan masih merupakan tolak ukur utama bagi investor dalam meningkatkan harga saham sehingga berdampak meningkatnya nilai perusahaan. Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan. Modal adalah yang utama bagi perkembangan perusahaan dengan meningkatnya modal usaha maka akan manarik investor yang akan berdampak naiknya nilai perusahaan
