Abstract

This study is willing to reveal what are the B2B customers requirement for My Pertamina for Business digital application that they have been using. They are also leaded to evaluate the application performance and reveal what are the resistances in using the application. Literature review and interview are conducted. Seven respondents are involved in the study. They come from three different customer clusters, that are aviation, retail and industrial and marine. The results reveal that customer requirements of B2B customer from digital application in energy sectors are 1) price Simulation, 2) ordering product to create sales order, 3) monitoring tax invoice, 4) monitoring withholding tax slip, 5) the relevance of the displayed energy product to the customer needs, 6) providing many function in one application, 7) connected to direct debit of bank system, 8) connected to other digital platform, 9) forecasting the fuel price, 10) monitoring invoices, 11) energy related news portal and 12) contact center to buy other energy products; 13) reward and discount; and 14) playing entertainment platform such as online game and podcast. Overall performance of the application satisfy the customers but point 7,8,9,10,11,12 and 14 of customer requirements are not fulfilled yet. Dealing with the customer resistance in using the application are slow response of customer complain handling, inaccurate information related to drum stock in the application and in the aviation fuel terminal, and less updated of monitoring Credit/Debit Reversal notes

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of medical service sharing system and work motivation on employee performance at RSUD dr. TC Hillers Maumere. Data was collected from 265 hospital employees using questionnaires. Data analysis was conducted by using multiple linear regression SPSS version 26 Windows. The results showed that the medical service sharing system has a positive and significant influence on employee performance with an unstandardized coefficient beta of 0.433 and a t value of 9.776 (p 0.000). Work motivation also has a positive and significant influence on employee performance with an unstandardized coefficient beta of 0.163 and a t value of 4.468 (p < 0.000). This study supports Herzberg's Two-Factor Theory and Deci and Ryan's Self-Determination Theory, which emphasize the importance of intrinsic motivation and hygiene factors in improving employee performance. The managerial implication of this study is the importance of a fair medical services sharing system and work motivation enhancement programs to improve employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Perceived Usefulness (PU) and Perceived Ease of Use (PEOU) on job satisfaction and work motivation through the mediating role of Digital Adoption (DA). A quantitative approach was employed using a census method involving the entire population of employees within the studied institution. Data collection was conducted through questionnaires, and regression analysis along with mediation testing was performed using SPSS. The results indicate that PU and PEOU significantly influence DA. Furthermore, DA has an impact on job satisfaction and work motivation and is proven to mediate the effect of PU on job satisfaction as well as the effect of PEOU on work motivation. The study also reveals that both job satisfaction and work motivation contribute positively to employee performance. The implications of this research highlight the importance of effective digital adoption as a bridge between technology perceptions and employee work outcomes..

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the relationship between the personal branding of national musician Mario G Klau as founder and the brand image of Production House Dari Rumah Tua Creative in East Nusa Tenggara. The research method uses a descriptive quantitative approach with survey techniques through questionnaires to 100 respondents domiciled in East Nusa Tenggara and knowledgeable about Mario G Klau. The independent variable is Mario G Klau’s personal branding which includes dimensions of popularity, credibility, attractiveness, and professionalism, while the dependent variable is Rumah Tua Creative’s brand image which includes dimensions of quality perception, value, reputation, and emotional image. Data analysis uses validity tests, reliability, classical assumptions, and multiple linear regression. The results show that there is a positive and significant relationship between Mario G Klau’s personal branding and Rumah Tua Creative’s brand image with a significance value of 0.00 (p<0.05) and a coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.676 or 67.6%. This indicates that the higher Mario G Klau’s personal branding, the higher Rumah Tua Creative’s brand image. Personal branding formed through reputation, musical expertise, and local cultural background has been proven to increase public trust in the Production House.
