Abstract

Kenerja pegawai ditentukan oleh aspek perilaku kerja diantaranya komitmen dan disiplin diri serta iklim organisasi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian inferensial yang berupaya menguji pengaruh komitmen dan disiplin diri serta iklim organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai. Penelitian dilakukan di kantor Bappedalitbang Kabupaten Bogor dengan menyebarkan kuesiner kepada 70 pegawai sebagai responden penelitian. Analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dan regresi liner berganda digunakan sebagai alat analisis. Penelitian menghasilkan model yang layak dimana komitmen diri tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Disiplin diri positif pengaruhnya terhadap kinerja pegawai. Iklim organisasi positif pengaruhnya terhadap kinerja pegawai. Employee performance is determined by aspects of work behavior including self-commitment; self-discipline and organizational climate. This research is inferential research which seeks to examine the influence of commitment and self-discipline as well as organizational climate on employee performance. The research was conducted at the Bogor Regency Bappedalitbang office by distributing questionnaires to 70 employees as research respondents. Quantitative descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression are used as analytical tools. The research produces a feasible model where self-commitment is not significant to employee performance. Self-discipline has a positive effect on employee performance. Organizational climate has a positive influence on employee performance.
