Abstract

This research focuses on exploring the application of blockchain technology in the management of educational data, aiming to identify the potential benefits and challenges of this technology in enhancing data security, transparency, and efficiency within educational institutions. The study also seeks to develop a conceptual framework that addresses the unique requirements and implications of blockchain integration in the academic sector. In an era where big data has become pervasive in business strategy, this research aims to understand the challenges and advantages of big data in the digital content sector related to environmental issues. The idea of “society 5.0” promotes harmony between technology and sustainable quality of life. Industry as an innovator plays an important role in offering solutions to social problems, and the digital content sector is considered to have great potential in achieving this goal. This research explores the concept of the digital content sector from a Society 5.0 perspective and discusses issues related to economics and sustainability. The importance of collaboration in creating a sustainable digital content sector is emphasized in the form of the concept of co-creation. Collaboration involves stakeholders from various levels of society, including industry, government, academia, and society, to accelerate innovation and share knowledge. In addition, the role of artists' skills in the creative sector is recognized as an important aspect that cannot be completely replaced by technology. This research also discusses the impact of the nation's innovation policies in supporting the growth and sustainability of the digital content sector. Policies that promote technological innovation, protect intellectual property rights, and provide incentives for companies that contribute to social and environmental sustainability, were identified as important factors in the development of the sector. Thus, this research explores the role of the digital economy, big data, and the concept of "society 5.0" in the sustainable digital content sector. It aims to identify challenges, opportunities and formulate policy recommendations that will advance this sector as a major contributor to economic and social sustainability in the future.

Abstract

In the era of globalization and digital transformation, efficient stock opname management is crucial for business sustainability. Higher education institutions play a key role in preparing students with practical competencies relevant to industry needs. This community service focuses on stock opname management at Learning Factory Raharja iCafe (RIC), applying Outcome-Based Education (OBE) to provide students with practical experience in more efficient inventory management. The method used is SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats), identifying strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats in stock opname management at RIC. Data was collected through interviews with academic leaders and RIC staff to analyze the impact of OBE on stock management. The results indicate that the application of OBE significantly contributes to improving stock opname efficiency, including reducing waste and improving inventory data accuracy. This community service project successfully made a positive impact on stock management quality and student competency development, while supporting the achievement of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly SDG 4 (Quality Education) and SDG 12 (Responsible Consumption and Production).

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are the backbone of Indonesia’s economy but continues to face obstacles in meeting quality standards, technological limitations, and access to global markets. The focus of this community service program is the Karang Taruna of Kotabaru Agung Residential Area, Tangerang Regency, Banten, which possesses entrepreneurial potential that has not yet been optimally managed. The program employs a participatory method through stages of situation analysis, training, mentoring, and evaluation. It is directed toward enhancing human resource capacity through entrepreneurship, business management, and digital marketing training, while also strengthening production infrastructure with modern technologies such as vacuum frying machines, oil spinners, and slicers. The outcomes demonstrate improvements in partners’ managerial and technical skills, better product quality, and the adoption of more professional packaging standards that aligned with market demands. Furthermore, the program supports the achievement of the SDGs and Higher Education Key Performance Indicators by reinforcing collaboration among academics, communities, and external partners. In conclusion, the Sentra Produksi Bersama (SPB) model has proven effective in improving MSME competitiveness and should be further expanded through strengthened access to financing, integration into global supply chains, and the utilization of digital technologies to ensure sustainability and replication in other regions.
