Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work discipline, compensation and work environment on employee performance. data analysis method in this study using SEM (Structural Equation Model) with this study using quantitative analysis using Partial Least Square (PLS). The sample data collection technique in this study was to use a questionnaire. The sample in this study were 145 daily workers at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel Jakarta. The results obtained from this study are that compensation and the work environment both have a positive and significant effect. However, it was stated that there was no significant effect of work discipline on employee performance at the Madarin Oriental Hotel Jakarta Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja, kompensasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis data SEM (Structural Equation Model) dengan menggunakan analisis kuantitatif yang menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS). Teknik pengambilan data sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu dengan menggunakan penyebaran kuesioner. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah daily worker Hotel Mandarin Oriental Jakarta sejumlah 145 orang. Hasil yang didapatkan dari penelitian ini adalah menyatakan bahwa kompensasi dan lingkungan kerja sama – sama terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan. Namun dinyatakan tidak ada pengaruh signifikan antara disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di Hotel Madarin Oriental Jakarta.

Abstract

This study has the aim of proving the effect of service quality, product quality and promotion on purchasing decisions at the Buaran Steak and Coffee Pujangga Restaurant. The population in this research is the buyers who come to the steak and coffee poet restaurant. The sampling technique used accidental sampling with a total of 100 respondents who came to the Pujangga and Steak Buaran restaurant. The data collection method used a questionnaire distributed to respondents. The data analysis used was a test of validity as well as reliability. Meanwhile for testing hypotheses such as Linear Regression. Multiple use of SPSS 25. The results of this study found that the quality of service does not have a significant impact on purchasing decisions and product quality and promotions have a significant impact on purchasing decisions, simultaneously service quality, product quality and promotions have a significant impact on purchasing decisions. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of price perception, product quality, and brand image on purchasing decisions for Honda motorcycles at Kharisma Dealers. The population in this study consisted of consumers who bought Honda motorcycles through Kharisma Dealers. For the number of samples used in this study, 130 respondents were selected using an accidental sampling approach and questionnaires were given to respondents. In addition, 30 respondents were intended for validity testing, and the rest were designed for research calculations. The data analysis method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The analysis carried out includes validity and reliability tests, classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis, T test and F test, and analysis of the coefficient of determination (R2). The results of this study indicate that the perception of price, product quality, and brand image partially or simultaneously influence the purchase decision of Honda motorcycles at Kharisma Dealers. Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of attractiveness, destination image and price perception on visiting decisions. The population in this study was 100 respondents with data collection using a questionnaire given to respondents with accidental sampling technique. The analytical method used in this research is multiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the attractiveness variable, destination image variable, and price perception variable simultaneously influence the decision to visit the Bogor Safari Park. Then the partial results show that the destination image variable and price perception have a significant effect on the decision to visit, while the attractiveness variable has no effect on the decision to visit.

Abstract

The objective of this study is to analyze the impact of price perceptions, product quality and brand image on purchasing decisions at Kimukatsu Grand Indonesia. This study uses primary data by collecting questionnaires. The method used is quantitative descriptive using SPSS Version 20 software and the study population consisted of all consumers who shop at Kimukatsu Grand Indonesia. The sampling approach used in this study was accidental sampling with a sample size of 100 respondents. The data analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study demonstrate that price perceptions partly have a positive and significant impact on purchasing decisions. In part, quality does not have a significant impact on purchasing decisions. In part, brand image does not have a significant impact on purchasing decisions. At the same time, the perception of price, product quality and brand image have a significant impact on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This research aims to discuss and analyze product quality, price and location perceptions on consumer satisfaction at the Pandawa Restaurant at the Darmawan Park Sentul Hotel. The population in this study were all Darmawan Training and Consulting staff in all divisions. The research method used was purposive sampling. Data was collected through questionnaires from 150 customers at the Pandawa restaurant at the Darmawan Park Hotel. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS for Windows software. The results in this study show that product quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction, price perception has a significant effect on customer satisfaction, and location has a significant effect on customer satisfaction.
