Abstract

Purpose- is to findout the effect of The Effect of Intrinsic And Extrinsic Motivation Against Enterpreneursip of student of STEIN. Design/methodology/approach- The respondents were selected purposively the stuent of STEIN. Data collected using quesionaire, and analyzed by multiple regression. Findings-It is concluded that Intrinsic And Extrinsic Motivation have positively effected Enterpreneurship of student in STEIN. Research limitations- The limited object of study and variable assigned in this research that can be extended in the future research. Practical implications- The scheme of student background and their intrinsic and extrinsic motivation can be blending by educators to be the spirit of entrepreneurship among the students of STEIN. Abstract

Purpose- This study aims to determine the motivation and work environment to have a partial or simultaneous effect on employee performance in Chili’s restaurant Jakarta. Design/methodology/approach- The population in this study were all employees in the Chili's restaurant in Jakarta, with the sample used in this study as many as 100 people. The data analysis method used in this study is the validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test (normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, and linearity test). While testing hypotheses includes F test, t test, and partial correlation analysis and coefficient of determination (R2). Findings- From the analysis of the correlation (r) and the coefficient of determination (R2) showed a significant effect between motivation and work performance, with a very weak category of 17,6%. The working environment have a significant effect on performance, with a weak category of 22,7%. Motivation and work environment simultaneously significant effect on work performance, with category at 35,7%. The higher motivation and a good working environment, appropiate and adequate hence increasing also the work performance that can be provided by employees on the company.

Abstract

Purpose- This study aimed to determine the effect of communication and employee development to employee’s productivity. The population used in this study was employee at Amaroossa Hotel Indonesia (Amaroossa Cosmo Jakarta, Amaroossa Royal Bogor, Hotel Amaroossa Bandung, and Amaroossa Grande Bekasi). Design/methology/approach -The sampling simple random technique was used to select the 120 respondents. The multiple regression method by deployed SPSS vesion 20 to analyze the attained data from respondents. Findings- The results of this study indicate that communication directly influence employee productivity. Employee developments directly influence employee productivity. Research Limitations- The limitation of respondents due to limited populations was one of the limitation that need to be enhanced in the next research. Practical implications- The manager should seek the continual practical method to develop competencies of the organization.

Abstract

Purpose- This study aims to determine the training and compensation partially and simultaneously influence on employee performance Design/methology/approach- The population in this study are employees at Balai Sidang Jakarta Convention Center which has 130 employee. The sample used in this study were 100 employees of the Balai Sidang Jakarta Convention Center, the sampling technique used was accidental sampling. Data analysis tool used in this research is multiple linear regression, validity, reliability, classical assumption (normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test and linearity test). While testing the hypothesis includes the F-test, t test, and analysis of partial correlation and coefficient of determination (R2). Findings- From the analysis it can be seen that training and compensation have an influence on employee performance partially or simultaneously. Research limitations- The limitation of this research lies on its scope of object, and the limited variables involved. It I s then suggested for the next research that other variable such as compensation, and other exogen variable can be deployed too. This results may not be applicable in the same line of business. Practical implications- The manager of human resource shall maintain and develop the potential of employees by providing a combination of training and motivation in human resourcesopment. The Originality- This is done exclusively for the Jaskarta Convention Centre.
