Abstract

Purpose- The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of work environment, communication, and work discipline on employee productivity at Hotel Raffles Jakarta. Design/methology/approach The samples used in this study were 100 employees by purposive sampling method. Methods of data collection using questionnaires. Analysis of the data used is multiple linear regression. Findings- The results showed either simultaneously or partially, consist of work environment (X1), communication (X2), work discipline (X3) have a significant influence on employee productivity (Y). Researchers concluded that the better work environment, good communication, and the higher level of employee’a discipline will increase employee productivity. Variable work environment is the most dominant variables affecting employee productivity at Hotel Raffles Jakarta.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of product , price and promotion on purchacing decision simultaneously and partially to purchase decision. The sample used in this study are the consumer at Sajian Sambara Restaurant, totally 100 respondents. The sampling technique by purposive, due to time and cost efficiency. The instrument has been tested its validity and reliability prior to the survey. Data analyzed by multiple linear regression wuith the classic assumption test (normality, multicollinearity, heteroskedasticity, and linearity test) while hypothesis testing includes F test, T test, and partial analysis test and coefficient of determination (R2). The results showed that product quality, price, and promotion has a significant influence on consumer loyalty either partially and simultaneously.
