Abstract

The background of this research is an organization, a social unit and a group of people who have a common goal to achieve success in the organization. Not all organizations always run smoothly, of course there are always obstacles ranging from human resources, form of presence, and in completing their tasks. This research method uses qualitative research objectives using a descriptive approach, data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation. The results of this research are from six communication strategy indicators, of which the six indicators have been successful for internal communication strategies in the Regional Leadership of the Palembang City Muhammadiyah Student Association as well as performance indicators including work quality, work quantity, responsibility, initiative and cooperation. The five performance indicators have the results of each indicator, where there is still a lot that needs to be improved in completing the tasks given by top management. The conclusion of this research is that communication strategy and performance development activities can be categorized as successful, namely 50% of the communication strategy and performance indicators

Abstract

The background to this research is that the online marketplace Shopee is an online shopping platform that focuses more on user convenience, safety, fun and practicality by integrating social platforms. However, as times become increasingly modern, the business world increasingly tends to ignore ethics. In fact, growing competition leads to conflicting practices such as fraud, lies, non-conforming goods. Just because to get as much profit as possible. The aim of this research is to find out how buying and selling in the Shopee online marketplace and buying and selling through the Shopee online marketplace according to a review of Islamic business ethics. In this research the author used a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques in this research are observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis techniques in this research are data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The location of this research is the online marketplace Shopee in Palembang City. The results of this research are that the Shopee online marketplace provides good service for its users and allows its users to shop anytime and anywhere, as long as there are facilities to access the internet. In Islamic business practices and economics are very closely related to Islamic creeds and sharia so that a person will not understand the Islamic view of economics and business without properly understanding creeds and Islam. Then the principles of honesty and accuracy are in line with the principle of truth, the principle of loyalty is in line with the principle of justice, and the principle of discipline is in line with the principle of responsibility. So it can be said that the principles of business ethics are in place and in line with the principles of Islamic business ethics. Trust is important for consumers, it is hoped that sellers can increase consumer trust and can improve the quality of content and services provided. For consumers, before carrying out online buying and selling transactions, it is best to dig deeper or look for as clear information as possible regarding the product specifications offered by the seller. For future researchers, it is recommended to take more samples, this aims to have better data accuracy in their research.

Abstract

This research entitled "Analysis of the Role of the Chairman of the Al-Ikhlas Mosque as a Da'wah Pioneer in the Community of Sedang Village, Suak Tapeh District" aims to determine the role of the chairman of the Al-Ikhlas Mosque as a missionary pioneer in the Sedang Village, Suak Tapeh District. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method, using a direct approach or going into the field to collect data and information related to the problem being studied, namely conducting interviews and observations. The object of this research is the head of the Al-Ikhlas mosque who is a pioneer of da'wah and is a liaison, leader and religious figure in the spread of Islam in Sedang Village, Suak Tapeh District as primary data and carries out observations and interviews with several sources such as mosque administrators and village communities as secondary data sources. Both primary data and secondary data were obtained through observation and in-depth interviews with six sources concerned. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the role of the head of the Al-Ikhlas mosque as a pioneer of da'wah to the people of Sedang village, Suak Tapeh District is quite active, by implementing interpersonal roles, informational roles and decision-making roles. role) so that existing programs can be implemented well. However, the role as a da'wah pioneer, which consists of providing motivation, mentoring, building relationships, organizing communication and developing or improving da'wah implementers, is still minimal because many people are not involved in da'wah activities led by the head of the mosque and the quality of the mosque head's leadership skills in inspiring, motivating and leading the community in da'wah efforts is also lacking.
