Abstract

This study aimed to determine the performance of employees at KUA in the Alang-Width sub-district of Palembang City, to determine the quality of service at the Alang-Width KUA in Palembang City, and to determine performance management in improving service quality at the Alang-Width KUA in Palembang City. The type of research used is qualitative research. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the first study, performance, are significant. Good performance will result in effective and maximum service because employees have a high level of education, creativity, initiative, work experience, and ability. A good work ethic can increase employees' abilities in their respective fields. Second, reliability: service providers also understand what the community wants so that no community complains about unclear and lengthy services. Responsiveness: trying to provide the best service in other fields. Even the KUA itself was once exemplary. Assurance: has guaranteed the best possible service. Empathy: the kindness and friendliness of the community, as well as mutual respect and gratitude, is also one of the characteristics of exemplary public service. Tangibles: view of service providers and facilities at KUA, Alang-Width sub-district, Palembang City. Third, performance planning: by determining a planning system to obtain land to construct religious affairs office facilities as a whole and complete. Performance implementation: excellent service is to provide the best possible service to customers so that customers feel satisfied.

Abstract

The script is titled “Analysing Da’wah Message of Nussa Animation Series Season 1 on YouTube Little Giantz in Teaching Understanding of Aklak to Anak” aimed at knowing the da’wah message in Nussa animation as well as knowing the da’wah message in teaching children’s understanding of Aklak. The research method used is Roland Barthes’ semiotic analysis method because it is classified as suitable enough to analyze the Nussa animation series’ da’wah elements, denotations and connotations. Research uses observation and documentation data collection techniques. The result is that the da’wah message found in the study contains the message of faith, sharia, and scripture. Furthermore, the da’wah message taught about the scripture is to say thank you, please help, apologize, sincerely, kindly, patient. Advice for parents should be able to choose which animation shows are worth watching, and pay attention to the meaning of animation shows, because animation shows can be an effective learning medium by viewing, listening to and observing the message content of those animations, and then we can apply them to everyday life. And don’t watch animated shows that contain negative things to avoid bad things.

Abstract

A da'wah strategy is a plan that contains a series of activities designed to achieve the goals of da'wah so that the da'wah runs well and smoothly. For the Penghulu's Da'wah Strategy in forming a quality family at the Kemuning District Religious Affairs Office, the Penghulu has implemented various methods including da'wah strategies in order to form a healthy and quality family. The family is the smallest unit in society which has an important role in forming quality individuals. In this context, the headman as a religious figure has a significant role in guiding the prospective bride and groom in forming a quality family based on religious teachings. The aim of this research is to analyze the penghulu's preaching strategy in forming a quality family for the prospective bride and groom. This research uses a qualitative approach by conducting a literature review and content analysis related to the penghulu's da'wah strategy. The results of the analysis show that there are several strategies that can be used by the bride and groom to form a quality family for the bride and groom. Data analysis techniques consist of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Based on research results, according to Poerwadarmita, coaching is an effort, action and activity that is carried out efficiently and successfully to obtain better results. A personal approach is an important strategy that allows the celebrant to interact individually with the bride and groom. By understanding the background, needs and personality of the bride and groom, the celebrant can convey the da'wah message in a relevant and easy-to- understand manner. The celebrant needs to provide solid religious education to the prospective bride and groom, including an understanding of Islamic teachings and the application of religious values in everyday life. This will equip the prospective bride and groom with a strong foundation in building a family based on religious values.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out how the understanding of Islamic business ethics possessed by clothing traders in the Teluk Lubuk Village Traditional Market, Muara Enim Regency, to find out how the objective conditions and ethics of clothing traders in the Teluk Lubuk Village Traditional Market, Muara Enim Regency, and to find out certain aspects of the Islamic business ethics review of clothing traders in the Teluk Lubuk Village Traditional Market, Muara Enim Regency. This type of research is a field research with primary and secondary data sources. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation, Data analysis techniques in this study are qualitative descriptive by means of data reduction, data presentation, and data conclusion. The results showed that: First, the understanding of clothing traders in Teluk Lubuk Village Traditional Market, Muara Enim Regency regarding Islamic business ethics concluded that traders do not know what Islamic business ethics are. However, they know that in trading there are rules that have been regulated according to Islamic law. Second, the objective and ethical conditions of clothing traders in this market reflect the dynamics of traditional markets in general, where traders are competing to offer their merchandise at various prices and quality. Clothing traders at Teluk Lubuk Village Traditional Market show various ways and situations in conducting their business. Third, the ethics of clothing traders in the Teluk Lubuk Village Traditional Market, Muara Enim Regency are partly in accordance with Islamic business ethics, and most are not in accordance with Islamic business ethics, namely shirking obligatory prayers, not keeping promises, and hiding information about old or damaged goods.
