Abstract

Self-Accepatnce is a problem that often occurs in individuals who experience anxiety. Counseling is an alternative to help with anxiety problems. The aim of this research is to help increase self- acceptance which is characterized by the ability to accept everything that exist in oneself, both the weaknesses and strength that the research has. This is study uses a qualilatuive case study approach and uses a single subject design. The intervention provided is psychoanalytic counseling with supportive counseling techniques. The counseling that the subject participated in resulted in changes in the subject, there was a decrease in three criteria, the fisrt criterion was anxiety aboute the future, the subject became more optimistic about the future by making plans related to the future and a calmer mind, the second criterion was positive changes that the subject experienced, such as sleeping more quality, and can manage excessive anxiety and thirdly the subject feels more comfortable because he can express suppressed feelings and is able to express desires with more logical thougts.

Abstract

   ABSTRAKKeyakinan diri mengasuh dapat mempengaruhi kualitas pengasuhan, terlebih ibu dengan anak yang memiliki kebutuhan khusus. Namun dalam kenyataannya banyak ibu yang memiliki anak kebutuhan khusus memiliki tingkat keyakinan diri mengasuh  yang rendah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan kecerdasan berjuang pada keyakinan diri mengasuh ibu dengan anak berkebutuhan khusus.  Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah 28 orang ibu yang memiliki anak di SDN “K” Bantul Yogyakarta yang dibagi dalam kelompok eksperimen dan kelompok kontrol. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan skala keyakinan diri mengasuh . Rancangan penelitian yang digunakan adalah pre post control group design. Analisa kuantitatif dengan menggunakan uji Paired T-test dan Independent Sample T-test. Analisis kualitatif dilakukan berdasrkan observasi, wawancara dan lembar kerja. Hasil penelitian yaitu pratest dan pasca test keyakinan diri mengasuh menunjukkan ada perbedaan tingkat keyakinan diri mengasuh  setelah diberi pelatihan kecerdasan berjuang. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah pelatihan kecerdasan berjuang dapat meningkatkan keyakinan diri mengasuh ibu dengan anak berkebutuhan khusus di SDN ’’K”.

Abstract

MA Al-Hijrah Ngawi students all live in boarding schools and there are many religious activities in it. So that students carry out activities according to what has been scheduled by the boarding school, but there are still some students who are not fully able to manage time, realize the importance of actively participating in all activities, and these indicators show that there are still some students with low self-concept. This study aims to improve the condition of self-concept in grade XI adolescents at MA Al-Hijrah Ngawi through Smart Moslem training. The type of research used is quantitative with experimental research type Design Pre-one group pretest-posttest without control group. The subjects of this study were 11th grade students. The data collection methods are observation, short interview, scale and documentation. The analysis method is statistical data. The results of this study are, the implementation of Smart Moslem training can improve the self-concept of adolescent students at MA Al-Hijrah Ngawi, it is found that the pre-test results state the condition of low adolescent self-concept. Thus, Smart Moslem training helps adolescents in improving adolescents' self-concept, as evidenced by the increased post-test results, Smart Moslem training is carried out through several stages, including: the introduction stage, the elaboration stage, the activity implementation stage and the termination stage, The influence of Smart Moslem training that is carried out results in several positive behaviors including having clear, planned life goals, having strong self-awareness, being able to manage time well and increase activeness in all activities. Such is the influence produced by Smart Moslem training. The results of Smart Moslem training state that it is effective and has increased, it can be seen by an increase in knowledge and understanding of self-concept seen from the results of the pre-test 73.11 and post-test 96.88 with a percentage result of 31.30%, so it can be said that treatment in the form of Smart Moslem training is successful and effective to be used to improve self-concept (self-concept) in adolescents in class XI MA Al-Hijrah Ngawi.

Abstract

Corrupt behavior is a complex phenomenon that is not only influenced by legal and economic structures, but also by internal individual factors, external influences, and cultural constructions that develop in society. This article aims to analyze from the point of view of psychology whether corruption behavior is more the result of habits formed in the social environment, or the result of an ineffective educational process in building character and integrity. Using a descriptive-qualitative approach, this research examines various relevant literature and empirical studies. The results of the study show that low achievement motivation, (internal factors), environmental pressure and open opportunities (external factors), and culture, namely family culture, culture fatherism and a culture that lacks assertiveness, synergistically form corruption behavior as a habit that is difficult to change. Education that only focuses on cognitive aspects without strengthening moral values also exacerbates this condition. Therefore, corruption prevention requires a multidimensional approach that includes character education, strengthening healthy achievement motivation, and transforming parenting changes that can bring up children's achievement motivation.

Abstract

  Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan analisis studi pustaka (library research) dengan mengambil berbagai sumber untuk menjadi rujukan penelitian. Pada penelitian ini membahas bagaimana konsep dasar bimbingan dan konseling karir di sekolah dasar.  Konsep dasar bimbingan dan konseling karir di sekolah dasar merupakan bantuan yang ditujukan untuk peserta didik memahami dirinya dan lingkungan sekitanya. Pemberian bimbingan dan konseling karir memiliki tujuan yaitu agar peserta didik dapat merencanakan karir, mengambil keputusan dan memahami dirinya sendiri. Dengan adanya bimbingan karir di tingkat sekolah dasar dapat mencegah peserta didik kebingungan dalam mentukan pilihan jenjang pendidikan selanjutnya dan dapat mempersiapkan diri untuk dapat mencapai karir yang diingingkan. Hal ini dikarenakan dalam usia peserta didik di tingkat sekolah dasar merupakan usia yang dalam perkembangan karir masuk dalam fase fantasi yang mana mempertanyakan berbagai hal terkait profesi seperti, guru itu apa, dokter itu apa dan lain sebagainya. Sehingga, apabila bimbingan dan konseling karir telah diberikan sejak dini akan dapat mempengaruhi peserta didik dalam melangkah kedepannya.
