Abstract

AbstrakJumlah pelanggaran disiplin santri Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor meningkat pada periode tahun ajaran 2018-2019 yang menandakan bahwa tingkat kedisiplinan santri menurun, padahal Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor memiliki Lembaga Pengsuhan Santri untuk meningkatkan kedisiplinan santri. Maka strategi komunikasi Lembaga Pengasuhan Santri dalam meningkatkan kedisiplinan merupakan suatu hal yang menarik untuk diteliti. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana strategi komunikasi Lembaga Pengasuhan Santri Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor dalam meningkatkan kedisiplinan santri. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode field research (penelitian lapangan) dan library research (penelitian kepustakaan). Adapun  sumber data yang digunakan adalah data-data primer dan sekunder yang disajikan oleh sumber data Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor dan dari hasil wawancara yang didapatkan melalui beberapa informan yang memenuhi kriteria. Analisis menggunakan analisis deskriptif. Teori yang digunakan adalah teori Harold D. Lasswell mengenai strategi pemilihan komunikator, pesan, media dan komunikan dalam proses komunikasi. Berdasarkan analisa data, diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa Lembaga Pengasuhan Santri melakukan kebijakan pemilihan komunikator dengan memperhatikan faktor kredibilitas dari segi pengalaman santri, daya tarik dari segi kesamaan antar santri dan power dari segi senioritas santri di dalam lingkup pondok; kemudian memilih strategi pemilihan pesan berupa komunikasi verbal dan non verbal yang berbentuk pesan informatif dan persuasif; dan lebih memilih media yang berupa perkumpulan untuk proses penyampaian pesan; serta mengamati faktor sosiodemografik, psikologi dan perilaku komunikan melalui frekuensi jumlah pelanggaran. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menambah perkembangan sistem dalam meningkatan kedisiplinan santri dan menjadi dasar acuan informasi tentang kajian strategi komunikasi. AbstractThe number of violations of the disciplines students in Islamic Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor increased in the period of the 2018-2019 school year, indicating that the level of discipline of students decreased, whereas Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor had a Guidance Department to increase student discipline. So the communication strategy of the Guidance Department Institution in improving discipline is an interesting thing to study. The purpose of this study was to find out how the communication strategy of Guidance Departmet in improving student discipline. This research uses the field research method and library research. The used source of data are primary data and secondary data presented by Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor data sources and from interviews obtained through several informants who met the criteria. The analysis of using descriptive analysis. The used theory is Harold D. Lasswell's theory of the selection strategy of communicators, messages, media and communication in the communication process. Based on the data analysis, it was concluded that the Guidance Department carries out the communicator selection policy by taking into account the credibility factor in terms of the santri experience, attractiveness in terms of equality between santri and power in terms of santri seniority within the scope of the hut; then choose the message selection strategy in the form of verbal and non-verbal communication in the form of informative and persuasive messages; and prefers media in the form of associations for the process of delivering messages; and observing sociodemographic factors, psychology and communicant behavior through the frequency of the number of violations. This research is expected to be able to add to the development of the system in increasing the discipline of students and become the basis of reference information on the study of communication strategies.

Abstract

AbstrakWali kelas sebagai pengganti orang tua dan wakil Kyai di pesantren berperan mengawasi dan membimbing perkembangan peserta didik, salah satunya membimbing akhlak santri. Berdasarkan data pencatatan pelanggaran santri kelas 1 – 4 di Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor terlihat bahwa santri kelas 3 melakukan terbanyak dibanding dengan santri kelas lain, yakni dengan melakukan pelanggaran sebanyak 543 jenis pelanggaran. Artinya terjadi penurunan akhlak pada santri kelas 3. Wali kelas 3 bertanggung jawab melakukan upaya penanaman nilai – nilai akhlak melalui komunikasi interpersonal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui proses komunikasi interpersonal antara wali kelas dengan santri kelas 3 dalam penanaman nilai-nilai akhlak dan mengetahui hambatan komunikasi yang terjadi di dalamnya. Teori yang digunakan yaitu teori komunikasi interpersonal Joseph A. Devito. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Pengumpulan data melalui wawancara kepada wali kelas dan santri kelas 3, observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan cara reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan atau verifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa wali kelas melakukan komunikasi interpersonal dengan santri kelas 3 dalam penanaman nilai-nilai akhlak berdasarkan indikator komunikasi interpersonal Joseph A. Devito, indikator tersebut meliputi: keterbukaan dalam pemberian nasehat; empati dalam mendengarkan lawan bicara; sikap mendukung dalam memberikan peringatan kepada santri; rasa positif dengan pujian dan pemberian hadiah; dan kesetaraan, dalam memposisikan diri komunikator dan komunikan. Adapun hambatan komunikasi wali kelas dalam komunikasi interpersonal dengan santri kelas 3 dalam penanaman nilai-nilai akhlak adalah terjadi hambatan proses. Kontribusi penelitian ini adalah komunikasi interpersonal relevan digunakan untuk penanaman nilai-nilai akhlak santri di Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor.AbstractThe academic supervisor as parents and the representative of the Kyai in Boarding school, has a role to supervise and guide the students. With the decline in morals that is shown by violations of students class 3, because the types of violations recorded contradict the moral material presented by Prof. Dr. Quraish Shihab which deals with relationships with God, fellow humans, and the environment. So the academic supervisor tries to instill moral values in the students through interpersonal communication. This study aims to determine how the academic supervisor conducts interpersonal communication with students of class 3 in cultivating moral values and knowing the communication barriers that occur in them. This research is located at the Darussalam Gontor Modern Islamic Boarding School. The research method is qualitative with descriptive research type.. Data collection through interviews with academic supervisors and students of class 3, observation and documentation. The theory is the theory of interpersonal communication according to Joseph A. Devito. Data analysis techniques used to collect information are data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions or verification. The results obtained from the study are that the academic supervisor conducts interpersonal communication with students of class 3 in cultivating moral values based on interpersonal communication indicators of Joseph A. Devito, these indicators include: openness, in giving advice; empathy, in listening to the other person; supportiveness, in giving warnings to students; positiveness, with praise and gifts; and equality, in positioning himselves as communicators and communicants. The obstacles faced by the academic supervisor in interpersonal communication with students of class 3 in cultivating moral values were process barriers. The contribution of this research is interpersonal communication to instill the moral values of student at Darussalam Gontor Modern Islamic Institution, for the students have good morals.

Abstract

AbstrakTujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh iklim komunikasi organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai di Toko Bangunan KUK Latansa Gontor Ponorogo. Metode Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian Kuantitatif Asosiatif. Dalam pelaksanaanya menggunakan metode penelitian survey dan data dikumpulkan melalui kuisioner dengan skala likert. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 20 orang pegawai yang terdiri dari 13 orang guru pengabdian dan 7 orang karyawan dari masyarakat sekitar. Hasil penelitian ini adalah terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan antara iklim komunikasi organisasi dengan kinerja pegawai dengan koefisien korelasi rhitung>rtabel sebesar (0,452 > 0,4438). Uji koefisien dengan koefisien determinasi (r2) sebesar 0,204 pada taraf signifikansi α=0,05. Dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sebesar 20,4% kinerja karyawan dipengaruhi oleh variabel iklim komunikasi orgnisasi, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 79,6% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain.AbstractThe purpose of this study was to find out how much influence the organization's communication climate has on the performance of employees in the Latansa Gontor Ponorogo Kuk Building Store. This research method is a type of Associative Quantitative research. In its implementation using survey research methods and data collected through questionnaires with Likert scale. The number of samples in this study was 20 employees consisting of 13 service teachers and 7 employees from the surrounding community. The result of this study is that there is a positive and significant relationship between the communication climate of the organization and the performance of employees with a coefficient of rcount>rtable correlation of (0.452 > 0.4438). Test the coefficient with a coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.204 at a α=0.05. This study showed that 20.4% of employee performance is influenced by variables of organizational communication climate, while the remaining 79.6% is influenced by other variables.

Abstract

AbstractThe development of technology in an increasingly modern era with the presence of smartphone allows businesses to sell their goods online, not only through the web, but also through social networks such as facebook, twitter and instagram. This research explains communication marketing strategy of satay lego food stall implemented with Islamic marketing system using social media facebook and instagram. Warung satay lego is a typical Ponorogo food culinary business that has been running for about three years. It is using facebook and instagram as an online marketing communication media to promote their product. This research uses qualitative descriptive method by collecting data through interview, observation and documentation. The informants in this study are the owner or manager of Warung Sate Lego and social media advertisement of sate lego stall. The theory used is the theory of marketing communication mix in the promotion that is through advertising, sales promotion, public relations, direct sales and internet marketing. The result of this research is that the marketing communication strategy done in Warung Sate Lego used Islam perspective. Marketing method used is marketing communication mix with promotion implemented through social media, facebook, instagram, whatsapp and also website. From the strategy used, there is an increase in purchases which is in accordance with the purpose of marketing communications run by Warung Sate Lego.Keywords: Islamic marketing communication strategy, Promotion, Facebook and Instagram
