<![CDATA[AbstrakKomunisme dan Partai Komunis Indonesia (PKI) tidak pernah usang menjadi isu yang menakutkan bagi masyarakat Indonesia.Salah satu tragedi yang tidak pernah terlupakan dari sejarah Indonesia adalah peristiwa G30S/PKI.Maka, setiap bulan September berbagai media memberitakan sejarah dan isu terkini terkait PKI dan komunisme. Pada September sampai Oktober 2017, Majalah Gontor, Gatra, dan Tempo menjadikan isu bangkitnya PKI dan komunisme sebagai headline mereka. Setiap media memiliki sudut pandang berbeda dalam menampilkan tema berita seputar komunisme dan PKI.Berdasarkan konteks tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui konstruk bingkai pemberitaan tentang isu bangkitnya PKI pada Majalah Gatra, Tempo, dan Majalah Gontor periode September-Oktober 2017.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif untuk memperoleh data yang dibutuhkan.Metode yang paling dominan dalam penelitian ini adalah dokumentasi. Data primer pada penelitian ini yaitu laporan utama pada Gatra, Tempo, dan Majalah Gontor pada edisi September-Oktober 2017 dengan tema isu bangkitnya PKI. Data yang diperoleh selanjutnya dianalisa menggunakan teori framing Willam A. Gamson.Gamson menyebutkan dua elemen framing, yaitu framing devices dan reasoning devices.Framing devices terdiri dari metaphors, exemplar, depictions, catchphrases, dan visual images. Adapun reasoning devices terdiri dari roots, appeals to principle, dan consequences. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bagaimana media mengkonstruk framing berita dari sudut pandang berbeda. Sebagaimana pada tema isu bangkitnya PKI, Gatra memandang PKI dan komunisme sebagai ancaman bagi bangsa Indonesia saat ini, namun tidak perlu khawatir berlebihan karena Pancasila merupakan ideologi paling kuat di Indonesia. Lain halnya Tempo memandang isu bangkitnya PKI saat ini hanya kabar bohong.Sedangkan Majalah Gontor memandang PKI dan Komunisme sebagai bahaya yang nyata, dan harus diwaspadai kebangkitannya, tidak ada toleransi bagi komunisme di Indonesia. The data obtained are then analyzed using Willam A. Gamson's framing theory. Gamson mentioned two framing elements, namely framing devices and reasoning devices. The drawing tools consist of metaphors, examples, depictions, slogans, and visual images. Includes reasoning devices consisting of roots, appeals to principles, and consequences. The results of this study show how media construct news framing from other screens. Similarly on the theme of the rise of the PKI, Gatra looked at the PKI and communism as a threat to the Indonesian nation today, but not to worry because Pancasila is the most powerful ideology in Indonesia. Another thing that happened when the PKI is currently only fake news.While, Gontor Magazine view the PKI and Communism as a real danger, and must be wary of his resurrection, there is no result for communism in Indonesia.]]>
