Abstract

Sistem informasi merupakan hal yang sangat penting bagi perkembangan teknologi di era saat ini. Sistem akan membantu instansi untuk mengelola informasi dengan lebih efesien, seperti halnya perpustakaan dapat dibuat secara online agar mudah diakses. Perpustakaan di Universitas Hindu Indonesia masih menggunakan sistem yang manual dimana belum memiliki sistem yang online untuk dapat diakses oleh siapapun jadi masih sulit untuk melihat buku yang dimiliki perpustakaan Universitas Hindu Indonesia. Hal tersebut menyebabkan peneliti ingin membuat sebuah sistem informasi perpustakaan berbasis web yang nantinya sistem perpustakaan ini akan dapat diakses darimanapun dan kapanpun. Sistem ini akan dikembangkan menggunakan waterfall model karena prosesnya yang terstruktur dan sistematis dimana akan dimulai dari tahapan yang berurut yaitu requirements, design, implementation, testing dan maintenance. Pengumpulan informasi sebagai data pengembangan sistem akan menggunakan Teknik pengumpulan data primer dan sekunder seperti observasi, wawancara, studi kepustakaan dan dokumentasi. Sebelum sistem diimplementasikan perlu dibuatkan rancangan alur sistem yang mana akan menggunakan use case diagram, activity diagram, entitiy relationship diagram (ERD) dan data flow diagram (DFD). Selanjutnya sistem akan dilakukan implementasi menggunakan aplikasi visual studio code dengan framework Laravel 10 dan PHP 8.2. Setelah sistem diimplementasikan selanjutnya sistem akan dilakukan pengujian menggunakan blackbox testing untuk menguji masukan dan keluaran dari sistem. Hasil pengujian menyatakan bahwa sistem perpustakaan tidak terdapat error dan bug. Diharapkan sistem informasi perpustakaan berbasis web ini dapat membantu pihak perpustakaan menyebarkan informasi literasi dan meningkatkan intelektual nantinya.

Abstract

In 2022, the Bali Provincial Culture Office implemented a standardization and certification program for art institutions in Bali Province. This program aims to improve the quality of art studios through quality control, better management of studio organizations, and efficiency in the implementation of art activities in the community. To support these goals, a data-driven information center about art studios in Bali is needed that utilizes technological advances. This study aims to develop a web-based geographic information system that maps the location of art studios in Bali Province using data from the results of standardization and certification of art institutions. The system was developed using the PHP programming language, with digital maps displayed through the LeafletJS library and utilizing base maps from OpenStreetMap. Studio locations are marked using markers based on latitude and longitude coordinates. The system development utilizes the Agile methodology, while system testing is conducted using the Black Box method that focuses on the functional aspects of the software.

Abstract

The advancement of information technology encourages higher education institutions to adopt interactive and immersive digital promotional media. The Indonesian Hindu University does not yet have a Virtual Reality-based platform capable of providing a comprehensive visualization of its campus environment. This study aims to design and implement a 360° Virtual Tour application as a digital campus guide using the Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC) method, which consists of concept, design, material collecting, assembly, testing, anddistribution stages. The application was developed as a web-based system using 3DVista and PTGui software to generate interactive 360° panoramas. System testing was conducted through alpha testing by media experts using the Guttman scale, resulting in a 100% validation score, indicating that the application is highly valid. Beta testing involving 20 respondents using a Likert scale showed a feasibilityscore of 85.4%, categorized as highly feasible. The results indicate that the application provides an interactive and informative experience and is effective as a digital campus promotion and guidance tool

Abstract

The development of information technology has created opportunities in preserving cultural heritage, especially lontar manuscripts with high historical and philosophical value. However, the management of lontar manuscripts at the Hindu University of Indonesia is still conducted manually, leading to risks such as physical damage, data loss, and limited access. This study aimed to develop a web-based information system for digital archiving of lontar manuscripts. The system was developed using the Waterfall method, including requirement analysis, system design, development, testing, and maintenance. The system was implemented using PHP with Laravel 12 framework, Inertia.js, and Vue.js. Testing was conducted using Blackbox Testing and User Acceptance Test (UAT). The results showed that the system improved efficiency in data management and facilitated information retrieval based on categories.
