Abstract

Banyaknya pilihan dan harga yang beragam dalam memilih mobil bekas, membuat pembeli bingung dalam menentukan pilihannya. Sistem pendukung keputusan (SPK) dapat membantu dalam memberikan keputusan tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan 7 kriteria seperti harga, tahun produksi, kapasitas mesin, kapasitas penumpang, pemeliharaan, suku cadang dan layanan aftersales, dan 17 alternatif yang digunakan. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah perhitungan manual menggunakan MOORA, perhitungan akurasi dan penerapan menggunakan python. Berdasarkan kriteria yang telah disediakan, yang menjadi pembobotan terbesar adalah harga yang mencapai 21,06%. Perhitungan menggunakan MOORA menunjukkan mobil bekas yang paling direkomendasikan adalah merk “Suzuki APV” dengan nilai 0,1657, terbaik kedua “Toyota Avanza” dengan nilai 0,1630 dan ketiga adalah “Suzuki Ertiga” dengan nilai 0,1609. Uji akurasi menunjukkan akurasi sebesar 88,24% pada kondisi pemeringkatan 3 dan 4 teratas, dan mencapai 76,47% pada kondisi pemeringkatan 5 teratas.

Abstract

The Information Systems Study Programme website is a feature of utilizing information technology as a software service in the education sector and provides information about the Information Studies Programme. Information system audits involve collecting and evaluating evidence to ascertain the protection of computer system assets. COBIT serves as a widely used framework during audits. The EDM domain oversees policymaking, monitoring, and ensuring organizational goals are met through appropriate IT usage. Data collection methods include interviews, observations, and questionnaire dissemination. Analysis methods comprise current maturity, expected maturity levels, and gap analysis. According to the analysis, the website's maturity level is at Level 4: Predictable Process. The gap level on the website is 0.8 for EDM 01 and 0.7 for EDM 04. Further research is recommended using other domains focusing on management to comprehensively understand maturity levels.

Abstract

A stable and reliable internet connection is essential for supporting learning activities in computer labs. Disruptions to any single connection can hinder academic activities, making a network redundancy mechanism necessary. This study aims to design and implement a recursive failover method on a Mikrotik router by utilizing two internet connections (dual gateway). The method used is the Network Development Life Cycle (NDLC), which includes analysis, design, simulation, implementation, and monitoring. Testing was conducted using PingPlotter 5 by simulating an outage on one of the ISPs. The results show that the system is capable of automatically switching paths without manual intervention. During a 60-minute observation period, a downtime of 25 seconds and an uptime of 3,575 seconds were recorded, with a network availability rate of 99.30%. This method has proven to enhance network reliability and availability.
