Abstract

This study aims to determine the optimal portfolio using a single index model on the shares of state-owned companies listed in the IDXBUMN20 index on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population was 20 issuers and using purposive sampling, 13 issuers were obtained as samples. By using a single index model, the results show that 7 stocks make up the optimal portfolio with the proportion of funds as follows ANTM (27.52%), BBNI (24.02%), PTBA (17.86%), BMRI (15.08%), TINS (7.51%), BBRI (7.45%) and PGAS (0.56%). Measurement of portfolio performance using the Treynor method of 0.17233 is higher than market performance which has a value of 0.01441.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of trust (X1), information sharing (X2) on supply chain performance (Y) mediated by Innovation SMEs. The population in this study were SMEs in Kulon Progo Yogyakarta. From the population taken 35 samples with non-probability sampling method. The model in this study uses Partial Least Square. And the results showed that trust and information sharing have a significant positive effect on supply chain performance mediated by SME Innovation.  Applicative suggestions that can be applied are the need for trust between supply chain members. because there is still distrust between supply chain members which in the future can hinder supply chain performance. In addition, there is a need for innovations that can accelerate the performance of the supply chain such as the need for a sap drying oven, plastic caps so that the sap is not mixed with water and dirt and jerry cans are placed between 4 - 5 coconut trees which makes it easier to transport raw material supplies. With trust and information sharing can create these innovations that can affect supply chain performance.

Abstract

Saving and pension funds are effective methods for supporting future life, especially for SMEs that lack access to pension insurance. This study analyzes the impact of future time perspective, risk appetite, and pension planning on retirement saving behavior, with gender as a moderating variable. Data were collected from 102 construction service entrepreneurs in Yogyakarta, Indonesia. Using a quantitative approach, the data were analyzed using moderation regression with SEM-PLS. The results indicate that future time perspective has a positive effect on retirement saving behavior (O = 0.180, p = 0.045). Risk appetite does not affect retirement saving behavior (O = -0.338, p = 0.053). Pension planning has a positive effect on retirement saving behavior (O = 0.696, p = 0.000). Gender significantly moderates the effects of future time perspective (O = 0.781; p = 0.000), risk appetite (O = 0.454; p = 0.022), and pension planning (O = -0.618; p = 0.000) on retirement saving behavior. This model has a high level of suitability in explaining the retirement saving behavior (Q2 = 0.618). The results emphasize the importance of future awareness, risk considerations, and understanding of financial planning and retirement in shaping savings behavior.
