Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kurangnya kesadaran pedagang kaki lima untuk menjaga ketertiban, masih ada pedagang kaki lima Jalan Letjen Haryono Telanipura yang berjualan tidak sesuai dengan Peraturan mereka berjualan pada jam kerja antara pukul 06.00 s/d 16.00 WIB. Sebagai aparat Penegak Peraturan Daerah Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja dalam penyampaian informasi di bantu Humas dalam menyampaikannya. Dari persoalan tersebut mendorong penulis untuk melakukan penelitian untuk mengetahui Strategi KomunikasiHumas Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja dalam Menjaga Ketertiban Pedagang Kaki Lima Pendekatan Penelitian yang penulis gunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif. untuk menjelaskan apa yang terjadi secara lengkap, dengan menggunakan data primer dan skunder sebagai jenis data dan sumber data yang diperoleh melalui Humas (Kepala Satuan, Kasubag Umum dan Kepegawaian, Seksi Ketertiban Umum) dan Pedagang Kaki Lima di Kec. Telanaipura. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara dan juga dokumentasi. Dari pengumpulan data tersebut dilakukan tiga analisis data yang berupa analisis data, yang berupa reduksi data dan dan vertifikasi data. Hasil penulis temukan bahwa Strategi Komunikasi Humas menjaga Ketertiban Pedagang Kaki Lima yaitu: komunikasi persuasif, komunikasi melalui surat dan komunikasi sosialisasi.

Abstract

Radio development in Jambi City is very tight so it takes the ability to keep listeners listening to broadcasts. Radio broadcasters are the spearhead in a program that must be able to entertain and exist but still prioritize the applicable broadcasting rules. This study tries to describe the application of radio broadcasting rules at D'Radio Jambi station. The study used qualitative methods through observation, interviews, and documentation. Based on data analysis, the application of broadcasting rules by broadcaster D'Radio Jambi on the D'Viral entertainment broadcast program has been implemented well. The main broadcaster plays an important role in the success of the D'Viral program by the way it broadcasts. Entertaining and applying some broadcast rules such as Talk to one person, quality of speech, and mastery of vocabulary. Obstacles that are still faced are conveying messages, vocal technique constraints, broadcasters' ability constraints, and obstacles to knowing listeners. In general, some of the solutions that broadcasters do to overcome these obstacles are conducting broadcasting training, preparing broadcasts before broadcasting, and taking foreign language courses.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the lack of awareness of street vendors to maintain order, there are still street vendors on Jalan Letjen Haryono Telanipura who sell not in accordance with the regulations they sell during working hours between 06.00 to 16.00 WIB. As a regional regulation enforcement officer, the Civil Service Police Unit in conveying information is assisted by Public Relations in conveying it. From these problems, the authors carried out research to find out the Public Relations Communication Strategy of the Civil Service Police Unit in Maintaining Order for Street Vendors. The research approach that the author uses is qualitative research. to fully explain what happened, using primary and secondary data as the types of data and sources of data obtained through Public Relations (Head of Unit, Head of Sub-Division of General Affairs and Personnel, Section of Public Order) and Street Vendors in Kec. Telanaipura. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, interviews and also documentation. From the data collection, three data analyzes were carried out in the form of data analysis, in the form of data reduction and data verification. The results of the authors found that the Public Relations Communication Strategy maintains the Order of the Street Vendors, namely: persuasive communication, communication through letters and socialization communication
