Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of Student Creativity Program (PKM) activities on student work readiness at Padjadjaran University. Various programs have been created by the government to train students to develop skills in the world of work. One of the programs created to develop these skills is PKM activities. Padjadjaran University is one of the campuses that plays an active role in PKM activities. This activity was attended by various students to achieve a level of enlightenment in creativity and innovation based on mastery of science and technology. The research method used was by distributing questionnaires related to understanding the world of work. The data collection technique uses a survey method using a questionnaire given online via Google Form. The results of this research show that all students who have taken part in the PKM program have a good influence in facing the world of work. The conclusion that can be drawn from this research is that there is an influence of the PKM program which has been held at Padjadjaran University on readiness for the world of work.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate the presence of achievement motivation in the Settlement Khazsanah section of the Public Money Printing Company of the Republic of Indonesia (PERURI), as well as the performance of employees in this section. The research method used is a quantitative approach. The study was conducted with 30 Settlement Khazsanah employees. Data was collected using questionnaires.The results of the research indicate that there is a significant influence of achievement motivation on employee performance in the Settlement Khazsanah section at PERURI. This is evidenced by the calculated t-value (7.363) being greater than the t-table value (2.042), leading to the acceptance of the alternative hypothesis (Ha). Additionally, an r-value of 0.812 was obtained, indicating a very strong positive relationship between achievement motivation and employee performance. Achievement motivation contributes 65.9% to employee performance in the Settlement Khazsanah section at PERURI, with the remaining 34.1% influenced by other factors.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the recruitment and employee selection process in improving company performance, with PT Haramai Jaya Nusantara as a case study. The research method used is qualitative with a case study approach. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and document analysis. The results of the study show that the recruitment and selection process at PT Haramai Jaya Nusantara has not been fully effective in improving the company's performance. This is due to several factors, such as: Selection criteria that are not clear and measurable; Inadequate selection methods; Lack of training for interviewers; and an onboarding process that is not optimal. This study recommends several steps to improve the effectiveness of the recruitment and selection process of employees at PT Haramai Jaya Nusantara, including: Defining clear and measurable selection criteria; Using more appropriate selection methods, such as ability tests and personality tests; Providing training for interviewers; and improve the onboarding process to help new hires adapt to the company. It is hoped that by implementing these recommendations, PT Haramai Jaya Nusantara can increase the effectiveness of the recruitment and selection process of employees in the future so that it can produce qualified and outstanding employees to be able to improve the company's performance.
