Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Strategi Pemasaran dan  Produk di BSI KCP Bojonegoro Suropati. Variabel dalam penelitian ini adalah strategi pemasaran dan produk murabahah. Metode penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian lapangan (field research) data serta pengumpulan datanya dilakukan di tempat terjadinya fenomena atau kasus tertentu terjadi. Penelitian ini dilakukan di BSI KCP Bojonegoro Suropati. Hasil penelitian dalam penentuan segmen ini BSI mempertimbangkan dari segi segmen psikografis dimana membagi segmennya berdasarkan dengan kelas sosial begitu juga mempertimbangkan pada segmen geografis dimana letak lembaga nantinya berpengaruh juga terhadap segmen-segmen apa saja yang akan ditentukan. Produk Pembiayaan Murabahah di BSI KCP Bojonegoro Suropati menggunakan jenis murabahah berdasarkan pesanan. Hasil analisis strategi menggunakan produk pembiayaan murabahah semakin meningkatnya jumlah omzet penjualan pada produk murabahah di BSI KCP Bojonegoro Suropati.

Abstract

Al Quran merupakan dasar hukum Islam dan sumber syariat Islam yang memiliki manfaat bagi umat manusia. Nabi Muhammad adalah seorang rasul yang dipercaya menerima mukjizat Al Quran yang bertugas untuk menyampaikan, mengamalkan, dan menafsirkan Al Quran. Al Quran membawa manusia kepada Allah melalui ciptaan-Nya dan realitas konkret yang terdapat di bumi dan di langit. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kepustakaan atau studi literatur bertujuan untuk mengetahui ayat-ayat Al Qur’an yang menjadi sumber ilmu pengetahuan dan ilmu pengetahuan yang terkandung dalam Al-Quran. Allah telah meletakkan garis-garis besar sains dan ilmu pengetahuan dalam Alquran dalam QS. Ar-Rahman ayat 33. Al Quran adalah kitab induk, rujukan utama bagi segala rujukan, sumber dari segala sumber, basis bagi segala sains dan ilmu pengetahuan baik yang berhubungan dengan Allah (hablum minallah) sesama manusia (hablum minannas) dalam QS Al An’am ayat 38. Prinsip-prinsip ketauhidan dalam Al-Qur’an termaktub dalam QS Al-Anbiya’ ayat 25.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and describe (1) marketing of sharia products at Bank Syariah Indonesia KC Bojonegoro, (2) third party funds at Sharia Indonesia KC Bojonegoro, (3) The effect of sharia product marketing on increasing third party funds at Sharia Indonesia KC Bojonegoro. In this study, sharia product marketing is an independent variable, while increasing third party funds is the dependent variable. This type of research uses quantitative research methods. While the data collection method uses interviews, documentation and questionnaires. Based on the results of data analysis, the results obtained that (1) marketing of sharia products at Bank Syariah Indonesia KC Bojonegoro is classified as very good, this is indicated by an average of 46.8 with an answer percentage value of 85%, where this value is between 81%-100% so it can be concluded that marketing of sharia products at Bank Syariah Indonesia KC Bojonegoro is very good, (2) third party funds at Sharia Indonesia KC Bojonegoro are very good, this is indicated by an average of 25,9 with an answer percentage value of 86% where this value is between 81%-100% so that it can be concluded that the marketing of Islamic products at Bank Syariah Indonesia KC Bojonegoro is very good, (3) The effect of marketing Islamic products on increasing third party funds at Sharia Indonesia KC Bojonegoro has a positive effect, this is indicated by the results of hypothesis testing that the value of tc> ttable or 3.299. t table or 3.299> 2.002 with a significance value < 5% significance level or 0.002 < 0.05, H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means that there is a significant influence between marketing sharia products on increasing third party funds..

Abstract

Education in Indonesia is undergoing a significant transformation with the introduction of Merdeka Curriculum which aims to increase flexibility and innovation in teaching. This study aims to compare conventional curriculum management with Merdeka Curriculum in the context of schools in Cepu, Central Java. This research uses a qualitative approach with the main data sources being in-depth interviews and observations. The research informants included teachers, principals, and students from schools that implemented both curricula. The purpose of this study was to explore the experiences, perceptions, and practices of stakeholders related to the implementation of the two curricula. The results showed that teachers in schools implementing Merdeka Curriculum reported increased flexibility in teaching and evaluation methods, as well as higher student motivation. In contrast, teachers in schools with the conventional curriculum felt limited by the rigid curriculum structure and complicated bureaucracy. Students in schools with Merdeka Curriculum also feel more motivated and involved in the learning process.
