Abstract

Bisnis travel haji dan umroh di Indonesia berkembang dengan sangat pesat. Didukung oleh jumlah jemaah yang banyak membuat Indonesia menjadi salah satu negara penyumbang jamaah umroh dan haji terbesar di dunia. Bisnis travel haji dan umroh dengan potensi yang besar perlu didukung oleh sistem pencatatan keuangan yang tepat. Banyak perusahaan travel haji dan umroh menggunakan sistem pencatatan cash basis. Sistem cash basis tidak dapat memberikan gambaran yang realistis terkait pendapatan dan beban perusahaan travel haji dan umroh jika dihubungkan dengan variabel waktu. Hal ini menyebabkan travel haji dan umroh perlu untuk menerapkan sistem pencatatan accrual basis. Rejava cabang Tasikmalaya merupakan perusahaan travel haji dan umroh dengan sistem akuntansi yang tersistemasi. Terdapat kendala dalam menerapkan sistem pengelolaan dokumen-dokumen serta pencatatan transaksi keuangan. Kendala yang dihadapi disebabkan oleh beragamnya latar belakang keilmuan dari karyawan. Pelatihan pengelolaan dokumen-dokumen keuangan serta pencatatan keuangan diperlukan untuk memaksimalkan penerapan sistem akuntansi yang telah ada. Pelatihan dilaksanakan selama 2 bulan. Dimulai dengan survei pendahuluan untuk merekam kondisi pencatatan keuangan yang telah diterapkan pada perusahaan. Setelah survei dilakukan maka dilakukan pelatihan pencatatan yang secara langsung membahas penerapan pencatatan keuangan. Selanjutnya konsultasi pencatatan tetap dilakukan setelah kegiatan pelatihan berlangsung. Perusahaan merasa sangat terbantu dengan adanya pelatihan pencatatan keuangan khusus untuk travel haji dan umroh.

Abstract

As the smallest social organization, the family can make a significant contribution to the progress of a nation. A healthy family economy will positively impact the national economy. However, unfortunately, there are still problems encountered in family financial management originating from internal and external factors, including minimal financial literacy, difficulty determining priorities in family finances, and even termination of employment. Housewives play a crucial role in family financial management. To ensure successful family financial management, many housewives choose to carry out dual roles in managing family finances while also being MSME activists. Linggajaya Village, Mangkubumi District, Tasikmalaya City, is one of the areas with many PKK programs aimed at improving the quality of family management for its community. Housewives who are also MSME activists in the Linggajaya Village area need to be educated on the importance of family financial management using technical accounting approaches and religious morality. The implementation of the activity consisted of educational activities in the form of management workshops and financial recording for housewives who are MSME activists, accompanied by an understanding of the Islamic perspective on family financial management. After the activity, participants filled out an activity evaluation form as input for the organizers. Participants are able to understand the concepts and practices of family and business financial management from a religious and accounting perspective and intend to apply them independently.

Abstract

The inability to manage finances well often stems from a lack of financial literacy. Millennials and Generation Z face low financial literacy, which has a significant impact on economic well-being. To anticipate and break the path of low literacy across generations, it is necessary to educate the Alpha generation from an early age regarding money and simple patterns of its management. The Alpha generation is expected to be the generation with a better level of financial literacy. A community service activity themed "Introducing Money" for elementary school students was carried out with the aim of introducing money and its wise use from an early age to instill a high sense of responsibility for money. This activity is a form of education that includes an introduction to money, the history of money and the rupiah, an introduction to procedures for treating money according to legal provisions, and simple money management for the Alpha generation. This activity was held at one of the favorite public elementary schools in the city of Tasikmalaya. The activity was carried out in the form of fun learning where students were educated about money and its management through interactive lectures, interesting videos, and interactive games. The participants were 6th grade students of SDN Citapen. This activity has a positive impact on students, as they are able to better understand money and manage it wisely.
