Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of Artificial Intelligence Implementation and Digital Application Accuracy, both partially and simultaneously, on Employee Performance at the BPJS Kesehatan Office in Makassar City. The type of research used is quantitative with an associative method. The sample in this study consisted of 83 employees at the Makassar City BPJS Kesehatan Office, determined using a random sampling technique. Data collection techniques were carried out through the distribution of questionnaires, while data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS software. The results showed that: (1) Partially, the Implementation of Artificial Intelligence has a positive but not significant effect on Employee Performance, indicating an initial adaptation phase of the new system in the field. (2) Partially, Digital Application Accuracy has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, proving that system data precision is crucial for employee productivity. (3) Simultaneously, the Implementation of Artificial Intelligence and Digital Application Accuracy have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance with an F-value of 6.406 and a significance value of 0.003 (< 0.05). It is recommended that management optimize artificial intelligence training for employees and continuously improve system database accuracy maintenance to drive sustainable public service performance.
