Abstract

Abstrak: Kegiatan PkM ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan website dalam mendukung komunikasi dan silaturahmi serta menyediakan sarana mentorship para alumni SMA Primbana Medan. Permasalahan yang dihadapi SMA Primabana Medan saat ini yaitu belum adanya ikatan alumni yang menyebabkan kurang optimalnya komunikasi, silahturahmi para alumni dan belum efektif dalam menjangkau seluruh alumni serta data alumni tidak terdata dengan baik. Pelaksanaan dari kegiatan pengabdian pada SMA Primbana Medan ini mengacu pada metode Software Development Method yang sudah dimodifikasi terdiri dari tahap problem analysis, software requirement, software design, software contruction, software integration and tes, software delivery. Hasil evaluasi usability untuk mengidentifikasi user experience dan masalah interface website terhadap 43 responden berdasarkan aspek content, accuracy, format, easy of use, security, satisfaction dinyatakan bahwa setiap aspek pada website berpredikat sangat baik. Untuk nilai keseluruhan rata - rata berdasarkan semua aspek yang ada yaitu sebesar 88,74 % dan berpredikat sangat baik arti nya website telah berhasil memenuhi persyaratan dan kebutuhan yang di inginkan mitra dan para alumni.Abstract: This community service activity aims to develop a website to support communication and friendship as well as provide a means of mentorship for alumni of SMA Primbana Medan. The problem currently faced by Primabana Medan High School is that there is no alumni association which has resulted in less than optimal communication and friendship between alumni and not being effective in reaching all alumni and alumni data is not recorded well. The implementation of service activities at Primbana Medan High School refers to the modified Software Development Method consisting of problem analysis, software requirements, software design, software construction, software integration and testing, software delivery stages. The results of the usability evaluation to identify user experience and website interface problems for 43 respondents based on the aspects of content, accuracy, format, ease of use, security, satisfaction stated that every aspect of the website was rated very good. The overall average score based on all existing aspects is 88.74% and is rated very good, meaning that the website meets the requirements and needs desired by partners and alumni.

Abstract

Abstrak: Pembelajaran kewirausahaan dapat menjadi sarana bagi siswa/i untuk mengembangkan ide usaha dan keterampilan serta menumbuhkembangkan minat dalam berwirausaha. SMK Negeri mengalami kendala dalam mengedukasi dan menumbuhkembangkan jiwa kewirausahaan siswa/i karena minimnya pemahaman, pengalaman dan bimbingan terhadap sisiwa/i tentang praktek kewirausahaan yang tepat serta tidak memiliki akses yang memadai terhadap teknologi informasi dalam melakukan praktek kewirausahaan. Sasaran kegiatan Pemberdayaan Kemitraan Masyarakat (PKM) dengan satu mitra SMK Negeri diikuti 30 orang siswa/i yang bertujuan dalam memperkuat implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka di sekolah dengan melakukan pengembangan softskill dan karakter untuk penguatan profil pelajar pancasila melalui penguatan keterampilan literasi digital kewirausahaan dan teknologi informasi bagi siswa, Kegiatan ini terdiri dari tahapan persiapan dengan melakukan observasi dan wawancara, tahapan pelaksanaan mencakup workshop Entrepreneurial Self-Efficacy (ESE), pelatihan kewirausahaan berbasis TIK dan tahapan evaluasi meliputi outcome monitoring melalui kuisioner pre-test dan post-tes. Hasil dari kegiatan PKM yang telah dilakukan dapat mengedukasi dan menumbuhkembangkan minat kewirausahaan siswa SMK Negeri berdasarkan aspek prediksi diri sebesar 0,62%, niat perilaku sebesar 5,07%, pengambilan resiko sebesar 6,57% dan inovasi sebesar 3,6%. Praktek kewirausahaan berbasis TIK dengan membuat draft business plan menggunakan aplikasi Visme AI Business Plan mampu meningkatkan 21% kemampuan pengetahuan dan pemahaman siswa SMK Negeri tentang business plan.Abstract: Entrepreneurship learning can be a means for students to develop business ideas and skills and foster an interest in entrepreneurship. State Vocational High Schools experience obstacles in educating and developing students' entrepreneurial spirit due to the lack of understanding, experience and guidance for students about appropriate entrepreneurial practices and inadequate access to information technology in carrying out entrepreneurial practices. The target of the Community Partnership Empowerment (PKM) activity with one State Vocational High School partner was attended by 30 students which aimed to strengthen the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum in schools by developing soft skills and character to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students through strengthening digital literacy skills in entrepreneurship and information technology for students. This activity consists of preparation stages by conducting observations and interviews, implementation stages include Entrepreneurial Self-Efficacy (ESE) workshops, ICT-based entrepreneurship training and evaluation stages include outcome monitoring through pre-test and post-test questionnaires. The results of the PKM activities that have been carried out can educate and develop the entrepreneurial interests of SMK Negeri students based on aspects of self-prediction of 0.62%, behavioral intentions of 5.07%, risk taking of 6.57% and innovation of 3.6%. ICT-based entrepreneurial practices by creating a draft business plan using the Visme AI Business Plan application can increase 21% of the knowledge and understanding of SMK Negeri students about business plans.
