Abstract

Effective and efficient healthcare services are among the main challenges faced by various healthcare facilities, including RSUD Konawe Utara. To address this challenge, an innovative solution in the form of the Laikanggu application (Layanan Integrasi Kesehatan Terpadu Tepat Guna) has been developed. This application aims to integrate various healthcare services into a single, easily accessible digital platform. The purpose of this study is to ensure that the development of the application is based on the actual needs of the users through a User-Centered Design (UCD) approach. The research methodology includes a literature review, interviews with healthcare professionals, and usability testing to gather insights into users' needs and experiences directly. The prototype design was carried out using Figma, a design tool that facilitates the creation of interactive and intuitive system visualizations. Usability evaluations of the application were conducted using the System Usability Scale (SUS), which provides a quantitative measure of user comfort and satisfaction levels. The results of the study indicate that the Laikanggu application prototype has a high level of usability and is considered effective in improving healthcare service efficiency at RSUD Konawe Utara. The application’s design, developed using the User-Centered Design (UCD) approach, has proven to meet the users' needs, thus enhancing service effectiveness and providing a better experience for both healthcare providers and patients. In conclusion, the Laikanggu application has the potential to become an innovative solution for improving digital healthcare services at RSUD Konawe Utara and holds the opportunity for adoption by other hospitals in the future.

Abstract

This study aims to design and develop animated video-based learning media for Wide Area Network (WAN) subjects for 11th-grade students of Computer and Network Engineering at SMKN 1 Wakatobi. The development was carried out using the ADDIE model, which consists of five stages, namely Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. This study uses a Research and Development (R&D) approach involving material experts, media experts, and students as respondents. The data collection process was carried out through observation, interviews, and validation questionnaires. The validation results showed that the developed media obtained an average score of 83% with a very valid category. Material experts received the highest score of 88%, while media experts scored 75%. Student responses reached 93%, with a very valid category. The implementation of media in learning showed an increase in student learning outcomes, from an average of 63.2% in the pre-test to 93% in the post-test, after using animated videos. The N-gain calculation of 0.64 indicates moderate effectiveness, meaning this media has a positive impact on improving the understanding of WAN concepts. In addition to improving learning outcomes, animated videos have also been shown to foster motivation, capture attention, and create interactive and enjoyable learning experiences. Therefore, this animated video-based learning medium is deemed suitable for use as an innovative and relevant digital learning tool to support learning in 21st-century vocational high schools.

Abstract

This study aims to design and develop a school profile website as an official information and publication platform for MTs Hubbul Wathan. The website was developed to address the limitations of conventional information-dissemination methods still used by the school, such as bulletin boards and direct communication, which are considered ineffective, fail to reach a wide audience, and cannot provide information quickly and accurately. This study uses the Waterfall software development model, which includes the stages of needs analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The website was built using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript on the frontend, and PHP with the CodeIgniter framework and MySQL on the backend. The implementation results show that all main features, including the school profile, teacher data, facilities, activity gallery, announcements, and the online PPDB function, operate optimally. Blackbox testing verifies that each feature meets functional requirements, while security testing confirms that the website implements input validation, password encryption, and SQL Injection prevention mechanisms. In addition, the responsive interface design ensures comfortable access via mobile devices, tablets, and computers. Based on the overall test results, the website is declared suitable for use as a long-term digital information medium that can improve publication effectiveness, information transparency, and the efficiency of school administrative services. Thus, this website is expected support the digital transformation of MTs Hubbul Wathan and meet the community's needs for obtaining educational information quickly, easily, and in a modern way.

Abstract

This study systematically examines the use of technology in learning in the digital era through a Systematic Literature Review approach. Based on a review of indexed articles published between 2006 and 2025, approximately thirty studies were identified that discuss technology integration in education, the use of digital learning platforms, and factors influencing the effectiveness of technology-based learning across various educational levels. The search was conducted using international and national databases with keyword combinations such as digital learning, educational technology, e-learning, blended learning, and technology integration, followed by identification, screening, and eligibility stages. The synthesis results indicate that the use of technology generally has a positive impact on improving interactivity, motivation, and student learning outcomes, although its implementation is not yet optimal in supporting higher-order thinking skills. Factors such as teachers’ digital competence, students’ readiness, and instructional design play a crucial role in determining the effectiveness of technology use, while limitations in digital literacy and infrastructure remain significant challenges. Various technology-based learning models, such as e-learning and blended learning, have been shown to enhance learning quality when designed interactively and student-centered. This study highlights the importance of integrating technology with pedagogical strategies to create adaptive and innovative learning in higher education. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini mengkaji secara sistematis pemanfaatan teknologi dalam pembelajaran di era digital melalui pendekatan Systematic Literature Review. Berdasarkan penelusuran artikel terindeks pada rentang tahun 2006–2025, teridentifikasi sekitar tiga puluh studi yang membahas integrasi teknologi dalam pembelajaran, penggunaan platform digital, serta faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi efektivitas pembelajaran berbasis teknologi pada berbagai jenjang pendidikan. Pencarian dilakukan pada basis data internasional dan nasional dengan menggunakan kombinasi kata kunci seperti digital learning, educational technology, e-learning, blended learning, dan technology integration, kemudian diseleksi melalui tahapan identifikasi, penyaringan, dan penentuan kelayakan. Hasil sintesis menunjukkan bahwa pemanfaatan teknologi secara umum memberikan dampak positif terhadap peningkatan interaktivitas, motivasi, dan hasil belajar peserta didik, meskipun implementasinya masih belum optimal dalam mendukung pembelajaran yang berorientasi pada keterampilan berpikir tingkat tinggi. Faktor seperti kompetensi digital pendidik, kesiapan peserta didik, serta desain pembelajaran yang digunakan berperan penting dalam menentukan efektivitas penggunaan teknologi, sementara keterbatasan literasi digital dan infrastruktur menjadi hambatan utama. Berbagai model pembelajaran berbasis teknologi, seperti e-learning dan blended learning, terbukti mampu meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran ketika dirancang secara interaktif dan berpusat pada peserta didik. Kajian ini menegaskan pentingnya integrasi antara teknologi dan strategi pedagogik untuk menciptakan pembelajaran yang adaptif dan inovatif di perguruan tinggi.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The development of digital technology has become an important component in the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum; however, studies that systematically map trends in technology integration within its implementation remain limited. This study aims to analyze trends in technology integration in the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum in schools through a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach. The study reviewed scientific articles published between 2020 and 2025 that discussed the use of technology in teaching and learning at the primary and secondary education levels. Article searches were conducted through national and international databases using the keywords technology integration, digital learning, Merdeka Curriculum, e-learning, and blended learning. The article selection process followed the PRISMA procedure, including identification, screening, eligibility, and inclusion stages, resulting in 20 relevant articles for analysis. The findings indicate that technology integration in the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum generally contributes positively to the quality of learning, particularly by enhancing student engagement and supporting more flexible, student-centered learning. The success of technology integration is influenced by teachers’ digital competence, students’ readiness, and support from the school environment. However, its implementation still faces challenges related to infrastructure readiness and digital literacy. These findings emphasize that the effective use of technology must be accompanied by appropriate pedagogical strategies to optimally support the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum. Therefore, strengthening teachers’ digital competencies and developing innovative learning practices are necessary to support adaptive and effective 21st-century learning. ABSTRAK Perkembangan teknologi digital menjadi bagian penting dalam implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka, namun kajian yang secara sistematis memetakan tren integrasi teknologi dalam implementasinya masih terbatas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tren integrasi teknologi dalam implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka di sekolah melalui pendekatan Systematic Literature Review (SLR). Penelitian dilakukan dengan menelaah artikel ilmiah yang terbit pada rentang tahun 2020–2025 dan membahas penggunaan teknologi dalam pembelajaran pada jenjang pendidikan dasar dan menengah. Proses pencarian artikel dilakukan melalui basis data nasional dan internasional menggunakan kata kunci technology integration, digital learning, Kurikulum Merdeka, e-learning, dan blended learning. Seleksi artikel dilakukan melalui tahapan identifikasi, penyaringan, kelayakan, dan inklusi berdasarkan prosedur PRISMA sehingga diperoleh sebanyak 20 artikel yang relevan untuk dianalisis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa integrasi teknologi dalam implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka secara umum memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap kualitas pembelajaran, terutama dalam meningkatkan keterlibatan peserta didik dan mendukung pembelajaran yang lebih fleksibel serta berpusat pada peserta didik. Keberhasilan integrasi teknologi dipengaruhi oleh kompetensi digital guru, kesiapan peserta didik, dan dukungan lingkungan sekolah. Namun, implementasinya masih menghadapi berbagai tantangan yang berkaitan dengan kesiapan infrastruktur dan literasi digital. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa pemanfaatan teknologi perlu diimbangi dengan strategi pedagogik yang tepat agar dapat mendukung implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka secara optimal.. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan penguatan kompetensi digital guru dan pengembangan pembelajaran inovatif untuk mendukung pembelajaran abad ke-21 yang adaptif dan efektif.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang media pembelajaran interaktif yang efektif dan menarik pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam dan Budi Pekerti, khususnya materi Iman kepada Hari Akhir di SD Negeri 85 Kendari, serta mengetahui kelayakan penggunaannya terhadap peningkatan pemahaman siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan model pengembangan ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) dengan tahapan analisis kebutuhan, perancangan media, pengembangan menggunakan aplikasi Articulate Storyline 3, implementasi di kelas VA SD Negeri 85 Kendari, serta evaluasi melalui uji kelayakan oleh ahli materi, ahli media, dan siswa. Hasil validasi menunjukkan bahwa media pembelajaran interaktif yang dikembangkan dinilai “sangat layak” oleh para ahli dan siswa dengan skor tinggi pada aspek materi, desain visual, serta interaktivitas. Media ini berhasil memfasilitasi pemahaman siswa terhadap konsep kiamat kecil dan kiamat besar melalui tampilan visual, audio, animasi, serta latihan soal yang interaktif. Media pembelajaran interaktif berbasis Articulate Storyline 3 ini terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan keterlibatan dan pemahaman siswa terhadap materi Iman kepada Hari Akhir, serta dapat dijadikan alternatif inovatif bagi guru dalam proses pembelajaran berbasis teknologi.

Abstract

Mango leaf diseases pose a significant threat to farmers’ productivity in Indonesia due to the difficulty and inaccuracy of manual diagnosis. A mango leaf disease detection system was developed by optimizing the decision threshold for classification using a ResNet50 Convolutional Neural Network (CNN). The Kaggle dataset consisted of 3,979 mango leaf images across eight classes: healthy, anthracnose, bacterial canker, gall midge, cutting weevil, dieback, sooty mold, and powdery mildew. The raw dataset was processed in Roboflow with an 80:10:10 train-validation-test split, and threefold data augmentation on the training set produced a total of 9,600 images. Decision threshold optimization using the precision-recall curve analysis identified 0.85 as the optimal threshold. At this threshold, precision reached 97.03%, while recall was 94.36%. These results provide a critical reference for agricultural applications in Indonesia, particularly considering local characteristics. The model achieved an F1-score of 95.49% after validation on the augmented dataset specifically tailored for tropical conditions.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a deep learning-based chili ripeness detection system using the YOLOv11 model. Chili ripeness is classified into three categories: unripe, semi-ripe, and ripe. The dataset consists of 150 original images, which were expanded to 300 images to increase data variation. Model training was conducted using the Roboflow platform, while accuracy testing was performed in Google Colab through an image upload-based processing method. The experimental results show that the model achieved an accuracy of 93.94%, with a precision of 94.21%, recall of 93.94%, and an F1-score of 93.94% on the test dataset. This system is expected to support the automation of chili sorting based on ripeness levels.

Abstract

The development of information and communication technology (ICT) has transformed learning methods, including in the Fundamentals of Information Technology course. One of the essential concepts in this course is Basic Networking, which often poses challenges for students. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of YouTube as a learning medium in enhancing students' understanding of Basic Networking concepts at Universitas Muhammadiyah Kendari. The research employs a mixed-method approach with a quasi-experimental design, involving 60 students as samples. The research instruments include questionnaires, interviews, and pre-test and post-test assessments. The results indicate an increase in the average student score from 60 (pre-test) to 78 (post-test), signifying a significant improvement in understanding. Additionally, 85% of students stated that YouTube helped them comprehend networking concepts through visualization and flexible learning. However, challenges such as video quality, content relevance, and information overload remain obstacles. Therefore, YouTube can be an effective learning medium when combined with lecturer guidance and a well-structured learning strategy. ABSTRAK Perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi (TIK) telah mengubah metode pembelajaran, termasuk dalam mata kuliah Fundamen Teknologi Informasi. Salah satu konsep penting dalam mata kuliah ini adalah Jaringan Dasar, yang sering menjadi tantangan bagi mahasiswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas YouTube sebagai media pembelajaran dalam meningkatkan pemahaman mahasiswa terhadap konsep Jaringan Dasar di Universitas Muhammadiyah Kendari. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan mixed-method dengan desain kuasi-eksperimental, melibatkan 60 mahasiswa sebagai sampel. Instrumen penelitian mencakup kuesioner, wawancara, serta tes pre-test dan post-test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan rata-rata skor mahasiswa dari 60 (pre-test) menjadi 78 (post-test), menandakan peningkatan pemahaman yang signifikan. Sebanyak 85% mahasiswa menyatakan bahwa YouTube membantu mereka memahami konsep jaringan melalui visualisasi dan fleksibilitas pembelajaran. Namun, tantangan seperti kualitas dan relevansi video serta information overload masih menjadi kendala. Dengan demikian, YouTube dapat menjadi media pembelajaran yang efektif jika dikombinasikan dengan bimbingan dosen dan strategi pembelajaran yang terstruktur

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi saat ini menjadi bagian penting dari berbagai sektor, termasuk dalam dunia Pendidikan. Universitas Muhammadiyah Kendari telah mengimplementasikan sistem informasi akademik berbasis website untuk memfasilitasi layanan akademik. Namun, dengan meningkatnya penggunaan perangkat mobile di kalangan mahasiswa, kebutuhan akan sistem yang lebih fleksibel dan mudah di akses menjadi sangat penting. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang User Interface (UI) dan User Experience (UX) sistem informasi akademik berbasis mobile guna meningkatkan aksesibilitas, user friendly, fleksibilitas dan efisiensi layanan akademik. Metode yang di gunakan dalam pernelitian ini adalah Design Thinking dengan tahapan empati, definisi, ediasi, prototipe dan uji. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa sistem informasi akademik berbasis mobile dapat mengatasi keterbatasan pada sistem informasi akademik berbasis website diantaranya memberikan kemudahan akses, user friendly untuk pengguna baru, dan fleksibel. Implementasi sistem informasi akademik berbasis mobile diharapkan dapat meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas layanan akademik. serta memberikan pengalaman yang lebih baik bagi seluruh civitas akademika.
