Metode : Metode menggunakan desain pra eksperimen dengan rancangan sebelum dan sesudah intervensi pada satu kelompok (one group only before and after desaign). Kata Kunci : Tekanan Darah, Latihan Fisik Terstruktur, Jalan Kaki ABSTRACTBackround : A person with hypertension who does physical activity by walking or exercising every day can reduce the risk of developing hypertension, so if someone never or rarely does physical activity or exercise every day can increase the risk of developing hypertension. The research sample was 10 people with a purposive sampling technique. Data analysis was univariate and bivariate analysis using paired sample t-test statistics. Results : The results showed that the average blood pressure before structured physical exercise was 154.80/97.20 mmHg and the average blood pressure after structured physical exercise was 147.80/93.30 mmHg with paired sample t test results of 0.000 (p<0.05).Conclusion : In conclusion, there is an effect of structured physical exercise on blood pressure in hypertensive patients at Tais Hospital. It is suggested that structured physical exercise is carried out continuously 3 times a week. Keywords: Blood Pressure, Structured Physical Exercise, Walking
