Abstract

This research aims to provide an integrated picture of integrated education quality management at SMP Negeri 1 Punggur, emphasizing customer satisfaction, full participation, measurement, dedication and continuous improvement. Jerome S. Arcaro's hypothesis was applied in this research. A qualitative descriptive approach was used in this research. Through observation, documentation and interviews, data was collected. This research uses a reductionist approach to analyze data, which is then presented as a description and validated with conclusions. The findings of this research show that: 1) Madrasah has succeeded in implementing quality management with a customer-focused approach, thanks to the involvement of external parties in all processes apart from internal parties. Apart from that, this madrasah has excellent accreditation (A) and offers excellent programs. However, the government needs to balance infrastructure and facilities with the number of students enrolled. 2) The existence of MGMP, National Examination coordinators who work under the direction of the school principal, collaboration between teachers and students outside class hours, as well as the existence of main tasks and functions in accordance with their respective job descriptions, all contribute to the success of implementation. Quality management with full involvement. 3) The measurement industry has successfully implemented integrated quality management thanks to an organizational structure that includes control and evaluation meetings.

Abstract

Abstract: An important element in implementing education is money for education. It is not possible to separate the financial role from other administrative roles in schools. As a result, it can be said that one of the main problems in managing educational activities is funding. Madrasahs have been able to meet their needs in improving the quality of education thanks to a government program known as school operational assistance funds (BOS). This program allows teachers and students to get recommendations for infrastructure that must keep up with current developments. The aim of this research is to determine the source of financial funds for Muadalah Ulya, the amount of funds allocated for educational infrastructure that supports the teaching and learning process at the Muadalah Ulya Blokagung Education Unit, and to determine the standard of infrastructure at Muadalah Ulya. In this work, case study methodology is combined with qualitative methods. Data collection methods include the use of reports, documents, audiovisual sources, and interview techniques. Simultaneously, data collection, data compression, data presentation, and drawing up conclusions are some of the analytical procedures used. One technique for verifying the correctness of data is triangulation. Findings: The Muadalah Ulya Education Unit receives student sharia payments every month in addition to funds from the School Operational Assistance (BOS) program for school infrastructure development purposes. Keywords: Education Costs, Infrastructure Abstrak: Elemen penting dalam menerapkan pendidikan adalah uang untuk pendidikan. Tidaklah mungkin untuk memisahkan peran keuangan dari peran administratif lainnya di sekolah. Akibatnya, dapat dikatakan bahwa salah satu permasalahan utama dalam pengelolaan kegiatan pendidikan adalah pendanaan. Madrasah telah mampu memenuhi kebutuhannya dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan berkat program pemerintah yang dikenal dengan dana bantuan operasional sekolah (BOS). Program ini memungkinkan guru dan siswa mendapatkan rekomendasi infrastruktur yang harus mengikuti perkembangan saat ini. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui sumber dana keuangan muadalah Ulya, jumlah dana yang dialokasikan untuk infrastruktur pendidikan yang mendukung proses belajar mengajar di Satuan Pendidikan Muadalah Ulya Blokagung, serta untuk mengetahui standar sarana prasarana di Muadalah Ulya. Dalam karya ini, metodologi studi kasus dipadukan dengan metode kualitatif. Metode pengumpulan data meliputi penggunaan laporan, dokumen, sumber audiovisual, dan teknik wawancara. Secara bersamaan, pengumpulan data, kompresi data, penyajian data, dan penyusunan kesimpulan adalah beberapa prosedur analisis yang digunakan. Salah satu teknik untuk memverifikasi kebenaran data adalah triangulasi. Temuan: Satuan Pendidikan Mujadi Ulya menerima pembayaran syariah siswa setiap bulan selain dana dari program Bantuan Operasional Sekolah (BOS) untuk keperluan pembangunan infrastruktur sekolah.
