Abstract

This study examines the implementation of Islamic moral values among students in shaping a religious culture in the Accounting Study Program at Universitas Pamulang, Serang Campus. Using a descriptive qualitative approach through interviews, observations, and documentation, the research finds that the values of honesty, trustworthiness, responsibility, discipline, and patience have been implemented by students in both academic and social activities. The internalization of these Islamic values contributes to the formation of a religious culture, the strengthening of learning motivation, and the enhancement of professional ethics. The main supporting factors include lecturers' role modeling, worship facilities, and student organizational activities, while the obstacles stem from inconsistent worship practices, the influence of secular popular culture, academic pressures, and digital distractions. The novelty of this research lies in the study of Islamic values within the context of blended learning based on the MENTARI platform, thereby providing practical contributions to curriculum development and Islamic character building in the digital era.
