Abstract

The purpose of this research is to reveal the extent to which Attitude, Skill, and Knowledge control have a significant influence on the performance of employees of PT. Astha Kencana Mulia.. This research method is a quantitative, descriptive approach. The sample taken had 57 respondents. In collecting data using online questionnaires and direct observation. Data analysis techniques using PLS-SEM The research was conducted for approximately three months and explored the phenomenon of employee performance in terms of the implications of improving employee performance that is less than optimal. The findings from the study show that employee performance has increased significantly thanks to the positive impact of attitudes and skills, while knowledge does not contribute significantly and can even have a negative impact on employee performance.

Abstract

Digital marketing is an advertising activity that uses quality online media on the internet network. By using the company's theme products, your atmosphere can be edited through the Canva application, Adobe Photoshop to make video content as attractive as possible. With an application that makes it easy for business people to sell products and promote their products directly on a regular basis using existing media. All business leaders will compete with those who really strengthen technological progress, so your business can survive in this digitalization era successfully and purposefully to achieve company goals by taking the right steps so that consumers are not disappointed with producer performance services. Behind the popularity of digital technology, it is making it easier for people to sell various services and business products. In compiling this internship report, a qualitative method uses information gathering by the author by direct observation at "Prior ads Digital Marketing Services Surabaya" in gathering information. From the Cartesian diagram above, the position of the company "Prior ads Digital Marketing Services Surabaya" is in the quadrant which indicates that the company's position is in a position of considerable internal strength, but also has the greatest threat, so it must use a strategy. which aims to increase sales through employee performance, service production, and existing content development.

Abstract

Student participation in campus organizations is a vital aspect of their personal and academic development. Engagement in these organizations enriches students' academic experiences and fosters essential soft skills such as leadership, communication, and teamwork. This study evaluates the effectiveness of student involvement in campus organizations by analyzing various impacts, including academic performance, interpersonal skill development, and readiness for the workforce. Data from multiple sources indicate that students active in campus organizations exhibit higher leadership abilities, better academic performance, and increased employability. However, the study also highlights challenges such as balancing organizational responsibilities with academic commitments. Through a comprehensive literature review by considering relevant books and journals, this research identifies key factors influencing the effectiveness of student participation and provides recommendations for universities to enhance student involvement. Ultimately, the findings underscore the significant role of campus organizations in preparing students for future professional and personal challenges, advocating for institutional support to maximize the benefits of such participation.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh lingkungan kerja digital terhadap produktivitas kerja Generasi Z. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner berbasis skala Likert. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 100 responden yang merupakan pekerja Generasi Z berusia 18–28 tahun. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi linier sederhana dengan bantuan software statistik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan kerja digital memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja Generasi Z. Faktor seperti fleksibilitas kerja, akses teknologi, dan kolaborasi digital terbukti meningkatkan efisiensi kerja. Temuan ini memberikan implikasi bahwa organisasi perlu mengoptimalkan lingkungan kerja digital untuk meningkatkan produktivitas karyawan Generasi Z. Kata kunci: lingkungan kerja digital, produktivitas kerja, Generasi Z, teknologi digital.

Abstract

Sistem kontrak kerja merupakan strategi dalam manajemen sumber daya manusia yang banyak digunakan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi operasional. Namun, hasil penelitian sebelumnya menunjukkan temuan yang beragam dan belum terintegrasi secara komprehensif terkait pengaruhnya terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis secara sistematis pengaruh sistem kontrak kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Systematic Literature Review (SLR) mengacu pada pedoman PRISMA terhadap artikel yang diperoleh dari database Google Scholar dan SINTA pada periode 2019–2025. Sebanyak 40 artikel diidentifikasi dan diseleksi menjadi 20 artikel yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi untuk dianalisis menggunakan sintesis naratif. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas penelitian menemukan bahwa sistem kontrak kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan, khususnya dalam meningkatkan motivasi, disiplin, dan produktivitas. Namun, beberapa studi juga mengidentifikasi dampak negatif seperti job insecurity dan penurunan loyalitas. Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa efektivitas sistem kontrak kerja sangat bergantung pada kebijakan manajemen sumber daya manusia yang adil, transparan, serta dukungan kompensasi dan pengembangan karier.
