Abstract

The impact of the development of the Industrial Revolution 4.0 in the world of work globally triggers the demand for Human Resources (HR) who have technological expertise. Technology integration in the education sector through learning media can be done as an effort to prepare graduates who can answer these challenges. Graphic User Interface (GUI) based learning media can be a way to introduce and increase digital literacy while increasing student interest in learning. The service activity is in the form of digital training related to the topic of unit quantity measurement in the form of a simple GUI-Python-based conversion application. This activity is expected to provide new insights related to programming and digital platforms and train students' computational thinking skills. The implementation of the service involved students of SMK Puspa Bangsa Banyuwangi as participants. The presentation method includes the delivery of introductory material and practice designing applications. The results of the service showed that around 80% of the participants were able to display, run and modify the conversion application.

Abstract

Abstract: Linear equations and inequalities have many real-world applications but are often considered challenging due to their abstract nature. Technology-based learning approaches, such as GeoGebra applications, are effective alternatives to help students understand algebraic concepts through visual and interactive methods. This training aims to enhance students' understanding and interest in mathematics by presenting materials, demonstrations, and hands-on practice in applying the systems of linear equations and inequalities. The results indicate improved student comprehension and readiness for an increasingly digitalized education.Keywords: linear equations, linear inequalities, geogebra, interactive training Abstrak: Persamaan dan pertidaksamaan linear memiliki berbagai aplikasi nyata, namun sering dianggap sulit karena sifatnya yang abstrak. Pendekatan pembelajaran berbasis teknologi, seperti penggunaan aplikasi GeoGebra, menjadi alternatif efektif untuk membantu siswa memahami konsep aljabar melalui metode visual dan interaktif. Pelatihan ini dirancang untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan minat siswa terhadap matematika dengan menyajikan materi, demonstrasi, dan praktik langsung dalam mengaplikasikan konsep sistem persamaan dan pertidaksamaan linear. Hasilnya menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman siswa dan kesiapan mereka menghadapi pendidikan yang semakin terdigitalisasi.Kata kunci: persamaan linear, pertidaksamaan linear, GeoGebra, pelatihan interaktif
